Do not purchase a server with this website. After purchasing a plan with the server, found that there was no way to upgrade my server to the most modern version of Minecraft. I asked support for help and received no response, then followed up asking for a refund. My support ticket was closed without answer. I've submitted another ticket since and after two days there is still no response. Go with MCProHosting instead.

terrible customer service and uptime My friends and I have been renting a server from these guys for soon to be 2 months. In this time frame the server has been down for a WHOLE week, with them ignoring all the tickets send in and now later on, the server is down again for 4 days at the time of writing this review and so far they have ignored all tickets again. i cannot recommend this company as they are simply ignoring their customers. when the servers do work, it has been running mostly as expected, with minor lag mostly due to buying the cheaper package i presume.

Bought a server but got nothing When i first bought ther sesrvice / server i had some problems with the server. I then made a ticket on their website but nothing happend. after that i tryed getting a refund. I created a ticket through paypal, where i said i wanted a refund. Then as a massage back from TheMinecraftHosting: Make another ticket on their website. Close this dispute because your service will be terminated. After that i thought i just lost my money and the service i wanted. But after ca 2-3 months, their sending mails with overdue invoices. Ive tryed creating tickets on their website but no awnser from them. Pluss its saying i have to pay for "Late Fee" (reply to the comment: Ive sent in a ticket over 3 daysago, and still no answer)

Terminated my server without notice I really enjoyed using this to keep my minecraft world in, I didn't get an invoice one month and they terminated my server without any warning. When I submitted a ticket, they were pretty rude letting me know it was deleted so they weren't going to even look into it. I spent a year building on that server so it sorta sucks we've lost all that progress. What can you do? This is pretty awful customer service though.
