It's a real scam It's a real scam. I hired a 6Gb minecraft server on February 2. It was working for 2 days and after it went down, according to them... "the node I'm on has gone down", I have written 2 tickets and none have been answered, I also talk to them via live chat and I don't they answer me 4 days without a server, I have requested a refund on PayPal and we will see how it resolves. Disastrous service, attention and customer care. I do not recommend it at all because once you give them the money, they ignore you and make excuses. A node does not take so long to build because I work in server maintenance and I know that it is not like that.

I got the server and checked my email… I got the server and checked my email and there was nothing for the log in so I went to support to fix it and they did so in 1 Hour at 12AM EST! BUT then the next day I was trying to upload a Minecraft mod pack to the server and I kept getting a error so I went to support again and they never responded its been 2 days... Since they don't want to help me I just decided to go to a different host. the only good thing was the price with a code for 60% off.

Terminated my server without notice I really enjoyed using this to keep my minecraft world in, I didn't get an invoice one month and they terminated my server without any warning. When I submitted a ticket, they were pretty rude letting me know it was deleted so they weren't going to even look into it. I spent a year building on that server so it sorta sucks we've lost all that progress. What can you do? This is pretty awful customer service though.

I accidently bought a server on a wrong… I accidently bought a server on a wrong region. I decided to contact them for help and in less than 3 hours they solved my problem. The service is really friendly and patient to beginners with Minecraft.

Scam Scammers, the servers aren't as good as promised and the monthly suscription can't be cancelled, you gotta change the data of your credit/debit card
