GBUsed legal loophole to deny refund, charge back still being debated on paypal They canceled my server without explanation after less then a week, i had spent over $150 USD on it and when i asked for a refund they declined it because it had "been over 24 hours since i paid for the server" i suspect they waited to do this so i could not refund it since they didnt tell me it was canceled and i had to make a ticket to ask! This is a total scam!

ESIt's a real scam It's a real scam. I hired a 6Gb minecraft server on February 2. It was working for 2 days and after it went down, according to them... "the node I'm on has gone down", I have written 2 tickets and none have been answered, I also talk to them via live chat and I don't they answer me 4 days without a server, I have requested a refund on PayPal and we will see how it resolves. Disastrous service, attention and customer care. I do not recommend it at all because once you give them the money, they ignore you and make excuses. A node does not take so long to build because I work in server maintenance and I know that it is not like that.

GBDont buy from theminecrafthosting There was no where where you can cancel the subscription and you couldnt cancel it after the payment. I wrote a support ticket under thr 24 hours of the payment and theyre unprofessional and dont give enough evidence. The staff are 9 years old and dont know how to do their job. If you buy from them good luck having a laggy server with 10 people online.

NOBought a server but got nothing When i first bought ther sesrvice / server i had some problems with the server. I then made a ticket on their website but nothing happend. after that i tryed getting a refund. I created a ticket through paypal, where i said i wanted a refund. Then as a massage back from TheMinecraftHosting: Make another ticket on their website. Close this dispute because your service will be terminated. After that i thought i just lost my money and the service i wanted. But after ca 2-3 months, their sending mails with overdue invoices. Ive tryed creating tickets on their website but no awnser from them. Pluss its saying i have to pay for "Late Fee" (reply to the comment: Ive sent in a ticket over 3 daysago, and still no answer)
