Unbelievable audacity of scammers Upset doesn't begin to describe how I feel. I paid almost ten dollars for an UTTERLY DESTROYED UNUSABLE GAME. This game looks like it was thrown in the dirt, run over by the car and PURPOSFULLY SCRATCHED by paper clip by a kid. The case was being held by half a centemeter of plastic that immediately broke when I popped it out of the sh!tty package it came in. This is so unbelievable. I paid 9 bucks for a literal piece of garbage. It's actually garbage I have to throw away now. It's not even good for recycling. How DARE you sell that knowing how UNUSABLE IT IS.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I recently ordered a PlayStation one game from Jjgames. I never received comfirmation of payment or shipping and the game took 10 days to arrive. When I opened the flimsy cardboard package that it was shipped in the game was broken in 3 separate places. I am still waiting back to hear if I will even get a refund. To add insult to injury they sent me an expired coupon with my order for a discount on another game from their website. Do not waste your time or money.

Poor communication, slow shipping Had to threaten to reverse the charges through PayPal to hear back from someone, they don't give a tracking number and told me now that getting a single game that shipped on the 9th may arrive in up to 14 days (on the 23rd) depending on USPS. I would recommend to pay a few more dollars and get games from another company that is more responsive and gives tracking numbers.

Going out of business and just don’t care! I’ve ordered from them for years but my recent order was shipped and now at UPS somewhere and JJGames cannot be bothered and UPS cannot give me any additional info.(probably because they owe UPS) My special needs son saved his money to buy from them after Christmas and now they are going out of business. All communication with them was it isn’t our problem. No wonder they are going out of business. Just horrible and upsetting!!

I love jjgames! I have been using jjgames for quite a few years now. They are amazing.I hate walking into physical stores so this website has been a game changer for me. No matter what Im looking for they always seem to have it super cheap - for the times they dont have it in stock they will email you as soon as it comes in. Ive bought games, cables, game controllers, accessories etc. The shipping is always quick, they offer more than one payment option (Im a big fan of paypal) and their website is very easy to use.
