Unbelievable audacity of scammers Upset doesn't begin to describe how I feel. I paid almost ten dollars for an UTTERLY DESTROYED UNUSABLE GAME. This game looks like it was thrown in the dirt, run over by the car and PURPOSFULLY SCRATCHED by paper clip by a kid. The case was being held by half a centemeter of plastic that immediately broke when I popped it out of the sh!tty package it came in. This is so unbelievable. I paid 9 bucks for a literal piece of garbage. It's actually garbage I have to throw away now. It's not even good for recycling. How DARE you sell that knowing how UNUSABLE IT IS.

I have used jj games since 2014 and… I have used jj games since 2014 and seeing some of these negative reviews really upsets me . It's hard enough to find an honest affordable game retailer who provides quality and quickness the way jjgames has done for as long as they have . They provide games of all platforms in excellent condition for best prices out there PERIOD. I absolutely appreciate and recommend jjgames over any other retailer your doing an amazing job and would be devistated if it ever changes.

Poor communication, slow shipping Had to threaten to reverse the charges through PayPal to hear back from someone, they don't give a tracking number and told me now that getting a single game that shipped on the 9th may arrive in up to 14 days (on the 23rd) depending on USPS. I would recommend to pay a few more dollars and get games from another company that is more responsive and gives tracking numbers.

As my 1989 self would say, "JJ Games is Totally Legit!" After reading all the negative feedback regarding JJ Games, I was a little worried. However, I placed an order for a Nintendo NES and a number of Nintendo games through the JJ Games website on a Thursday. I received everything ordered, in the exact condition expected, within 10 business days. The prices comparable if not lower than anywhere else I looked. There are inventory labels on the sides of the games but they don't affect the workability. I am more than pleased with my JJ Games experience and will be ordering from them again.
