Uncertain what kind of quality of their warehouse is in inspection of their products they get, did they even look at it? Did they get duped themselves and try to pass their loss onto a customer, or are they just unaware of the business they specialize in? Upon contact they want me to front the shipping back for their mistakes.

However, I placed an order for a Nintendo NES and a number of Nintendo games through the JJ Games website on a Thursday. I received everything ordered, in the exact condition expected, within 10 business days. The prices comparable if not lower than anywhere else I looked. There are inventory labels on the sides of the games but they don't affect the workability. I am more than pleased with my JJ Games experience and will be ordering from them again.
