Going out of business and just don’t care! I’ve ordered from them for years but my recent order was shipped and now at UPS somewhere and JJGames cannot be bothered and UPS cannot give me any additional info.(probably because they owe UPS) My special needs son saved his money to buy from them after Christmas and now they are going out of business. All communication with them was it isn’t our problem. No wonder they are going out of business. Just horrible and upsetting!!

The shipping options for Canada and… The shipping options for Canada and other countries is $59.05 for USPS priority mail and is $82.00 for USPS Priority Mail Express International. The old owner had shipping options to be much more cheaper and to cost less too for shipping to Canada. Lukie games and DKOLDIES and East Starland games have cheaper shipping options for Canada. I wish that the old owner would buy JJ games back here again.

No matter what Im looking for they always seem to have it super cheap - for the times they dont have it in stock they will email you as soon as it comes in. Will not respond I ordered a Gameboy Advance SP. They sent me an item not matching the description, so I asked for a refund, and they decided not to respond after I told them what was wrong with the item. It's been over a week now and I really need to return this system, however their awful customer service (if you even want to call it that) decided not to respond to me after asking what the problem was. YES. They asked me what the problem was, I told them the problem, and they never responded. Terrible company, I've only ever heard negative things about them. Do not buy anything from them.

Nothing bad to say! Shipping is fairly average, which is not a big deal for me. I always buy cheap, used games from them, and I always receive them in great condition as stated online. Everything is always good, no broken discs or any problems.
