Crap Cheap Company That Sells Broken Crap Ordered a N64 controller and it came broken. When returning they didn't give me a full refund even though shipping was free when I bought the item. They also told me they would send me another controller if they had one and I never received a message about it, only partial refund.

I love jjgames! I have been using jjgames for quite a few years now. They are amazing.I hate walking into physical stores so this website has been a game changer for me. No matter what Im looking for they always seem to have it super cheap - for the times they dont have it in stock they will email you as soon as it comes in. Ive bought games, cables, game controllers, accessories etc. The shipping is always quick, they offer more than one payment option (Im a big fan of paypal) and their website is very easy to use. Thankyou for great service :)

The shipping options for Canada and… The shipping options for Canada and other countries is $59.05 for USPS priority mail and is $82.00 for USPS Priority Mail Express International. The old owner had shipping options to be much more cheaper and to cost less too for shipping to Canada. Lukie games and DKOLDIES and East Starland games have cheaper shipping options for Canada. I wish that the old owner would buy JJ games back here again.

Poor communication, slow shipping Had to threaten to reverse the charges through PayPal to hear back from someone, they don't give a tracking number and told me now that getting a single game that shipped on the 9th may arrive in up to 14 days (on the 23rd) depending on USPS. I would recommend to pay a few more dollars and get games from another company that is more responsive and gives tracking numbers.

Great communication Used Nintendo Ds looked brand new!! Great communication. Took a little longer on shipping which is to be expected during the coronavirus. All items where in brand new condition. I will shop again for sure. They are a great company!
