Spree for the win! *Edit* After a bit more time and experience with Spree, I want to add how exceptional their customer service has been to any and all inquiries I've had. I have never on any site, ever had such quick responses to my support inquires in my life. If you haven't given them a chance yet, I highly suggest you do, I am truly in shock, and they without a doubt care more about their customer than any of the others, and from my experiences it isnt even close! Well I ended up being able to redeem off my sign up free bonus. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews about them around, and by the looks of it when they first started they were a bit overwhelmed and not ready for the wave that came their way. I told myself that if the redemption went smoothly I'd come here and review them, so here I am. Smooth site, easy verification, and very smooth redemption process, and redemption time. Redeemed on the 24th in the morning, and in my bank account showing on the 25th, I mean it doesn't get much better than that, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Spree, I certainly will be back!

I've been trying SPREE for about a week… I've been trying SPREE for about a week now. And even though I find it an enjoyable place to play, I've also found that the support through them is nothing for them to brag about. I sent my 3rd email to them today with all the screenshots and proof that I had done friend referral shortly after discovering SPREE since "I thought" it seemed like a nice new place to play. She immediately did everything but I didn't receive the credit for her signing up,making the required deposit, and she used my link! She however did receive the credit. So after tomorrow, if I don't get some sort of response, I do believe I will not be playing on this site any longer. I mean if I cannot get a friend referral bonus as promised, I'm definitely not going to trust any sort of redemption from them, and I refuse to give any money if I don't have faith in their honesty. I see a lot of negatives and usually like to make my own decisions and form my own opinions about sites since not everyone will have a positive experience....And some will. However I am leaning more towards the negative side when it comes to their customer service and my trust is dwindling quickly. The site itself is enjoyable, if you want to just play for fun anyway at this point, but I wouldn't recommend spending your own money if your trying to get a good payback for it. If they do right by my issues I will update my review. Otherwise I'm done after tomorrow myself like many others.

Very shady Purchased the $10 welcome bonus package, did not receive the sweepstake coins. Games aren't loading. Contacted support, they told me they will have an update with the issue, its been 2 weeks and no update. Website is still broken.
