If this was my companyand someone was kicking its back in on here, I would have to respond ASAP. If your getting ready or contemplating to download any appand you see this, or the only time you see a response is that rare 5 star....RUN AWAY.. If you had to pass all reviewers in real life on your way to DL appyou would turn around..So....

GBUPDATE about Verification Process: Fairly New to the Spree Experience So far they have a couple of games that I play on other platforms (two of my favorite games on one platform is important to me). I haven't won anything worth cashing out. I also haven't had any issues with customer service (no need to contact them yet). If I win and end up redeeming, I'll update my review to include feedback on the redemption process and how long it takes to cash out. Update 4/21: The response was everything. Please keep it up because customer service is important to me! Update 4/25: So I have a redemption pending for $500. They've asked me to send them copies of the cards I've used (twice for one that I sent yesterday). And a copy of my driver's license with selfie. It says 3-5 days so I'm waiting patiently. Hope they pay it out! Update 4/27: So I no longer have a pending redemption as I've spent my winnings. I'll take ownership of that because I could have waited. However, here's my biggest complaint. They asked me on 4/24 to submit pictures of the card that I've used (which I've never done before) I guess to verify that the cards belong to me. Well I did send pictures of all cards with the digits covered (per their instruction). Well they claimed that they didn't get one card (which was sent with the rest). It took THREE days for them to acknowledge that I sent the card and then one rep got sassy with me and sent me the verification rules in which it says nothing about sending copy of cards. Well he claims its a part of their rules and regulations. The biggest part about the process is the wait to get verified. I'm so disappointed because I really want to like this site. Part of it is on me because I spent my winnings. But this is a huge issue. When you win, you want your winnings within a reasonable time frame. Update 4/27: I reached out to customer support and they are in the process of making it right about my issues. I believe in extending grace to everyone. So I am definitely updating my review. I want to refer several of my friends and family. So let's see how it goes! Update 4/30: Finally got officially verified! Yay However, I can't speak on the redemption process yet! Hopefully when I play again, Lady Luck is on my side. Customer Service is good and responsive. Just hoping I can WIN again! Will provide another update in a week or so!

GBI've been trying SPREE for about a week… I've been trying SPREE for about a week now. And even though I find it an enjoyable place to play, I've also found that the support through them is nothing for them to brag about. I sent my 3rd email to them today with all the screenshots and proof that I had done friend referral shortly after discovering SPREE since "I thought" it seemed like a nice new place to play. She immediately did everything but I didn't receive the credit for her signing up,making the required deposit, and she used my link! She however did receive the credit. So after tomorrow, if I don't get some sort of response, I do believe I will not be playing on this site any longer. I mean if I cannot get a friend referral bonus as promised, I'm definitely not going to trust any sort of redemption from them, and I refuse to give any money if I don't have faith in their honesty. I see a lot of negatives and usually like to make my own decisions and form my own opinions about sites since not everyone will have a positive experience....And some will. However I am leaning more towards the negative side when it comes to their customer service and my trust is dwindling quickly. The site itself is enjoyable, if you want to just play for fun anyway at this point, but I wouldn't recommend spending your own money if your trying to get a good payback for it. If they do right by my issues I will update my review. Otherwise I'm done after tomorrow myself like many others.
