Stay away! Stay away!! Support is non existent for simple issues. Had an issue with my email and tried to change it, no answer. (Both direct email and submitting a form on the help site) Messaged them on social media, no response. Just now left a phone message but it’s a generic answering machine so I don’t have much hope I’ll get a response. I have pending withdrawals, but radio silence going on a week now (not even an email). They did approve my initial withdrawal, but nowhere close to what I spent. They just need to refund me at this point minus the processed withdrawal. Once they make this right (if they do at all) I’ll update this to 5 stars, for their accountability. Stay away!! I've been trying SPREE for about a week… I've been trying SPREE for about a week now. And even though I find it an enjoyable place to play, I've also found that the support through them is nothing for them to brag about. I sent my 3rd email to them today with all the screenshots and proof that I had done friend referral shortly after discovering SPREE since "I thought" it seemed like a nice new place to play. She immediately did everything but I didn't receive the credit for her signing up,making the required deposit, and she used my link! She however did receive the credit. So after tomorrow, if I don't get some sort of response, I do believe I will not be playing on this site any longer. I mean if I cannot get a friend referral bonus as promised, I'm definitely not going to trust any sort of redemption from them, and I refuse to give any money if I don't have faith in their honesty. I see a lot of negatives and usually like to make my own decisions and form my own opinions about sites since not everyone will have a positive experience....And some will. However I am leaning more towards the negative side when it comes to their customer service and my trust is dwindling quickly. The site itself is enjoyable, if you want to just play for fun anyway at this point, but I wouldn't recommend spending your own money if your trying to get a good payback for it. If they do right by my issues I will update my review. Otherwise I'm done after tomorrow myself like many others.

Such an awful place Such an awful place. Website is not working properly. Cant even make purchase, ir asks to verify phone number, when I enter it i receive text with a code, but there is no space on website where to enter it. Such a disaster . So if social casino cant make normal, working website before release it for use, I doubt they will pay anything. Also wasn't able to get free daily SC. Garbage.
