This place is a legit scam This place is a legit scam. I've deposited 30+ times and evey time, nothing. No bonus spins, no wins. I've went through an entire deposit of 20, 30, even 40 dollars and not win a single spin. It's crazy how this website is legally available to the public. Even a blind squirrel can find a nut. You can't hit anything at this scam site. I've spoken with support and have multiple messages of there system in place and it's a scam. Multiple support members names, same guy on his cell phone every time. My next stop is the FTC.

So Spree.com So Spree.com. A new casino with an interesting design and a nice layout. I was initally enjoying the casino quite a bit. Good selection, not the easiest to navigate but easy enough. Some of the games wouldn't load, but otherwise everything worked well. I did have some trouble with redeeming a small amount of winnings. They claimed they had some technical issue, then stated they were solved after 2.5 weeks and several emails back and forth, and I received my redemption. If the games all loaded and the payout timeframe was quicker I would give 5 stars. Perhaps I get a future redemption and can test it out. If so, and it goes quicker and smoother, I will upgrade it to 5 stars. For those that gave low reviews on this site, hopefully you received your redemption. Considering they did pay out, it is at least a 4 star casino currently in my opinion. Edit: To respond to their response, first off my name is not Dustine its Dustin. Not sure how you messed that up. Secondly, I am closing my account at your casino right now so it doesn't matter anymore.

UPDATE about Verification Process: Fairly New to the Spree Experience So far they have a couple of games that I play on other platforms (two of my favorite games on one platform is important to me). I haven't won anything worth cashing out. I also haven't had any issues with customer service (no need to contact them yet). If I win and end up redeeming, I'll update my review to include feedback on the redemption process and how long it takes to cash out. Update 4/21: The response was everything. Please keep it up because customer service is important to me! Update 4/25: So I have a redemption pending for $500. They've asked me to send them copies of the cards I've used (twice for one that I sent yesterday). And a copy of my driver's license with selfie. It says 3-5 days so I'm waiting patiently. Hope they pay it out! Update 4/27: So I no longer have a pending redemption as I've spent my winnings. I'll take ownership of that because I could have waited. However, here's my biggest complaint. They asked me on 4/24 to submit pictures of the card that I've used (which I've never done before) I guess to verify that the cards belong to me. Well I did send pictures of all cards with the digits covered (per their instruction). Well they claimed that they didn't get one card (which was sent with the rest). It took THREE days for them to acknowledge that I sent the card and then one rep got sassy with me and sent me the verification rules in which it says nothing about sending copy of cards. Well he claims its a part of their rules and regulations. The biggest part about the process is the wait to get verified. I'm so disappointed because I really want to like this site. Part of it is on me because I spent my winnings. But this is a huge issue. When you win, you want your winnings within a reasonable time frame. Update 4/27: I reached out to customer support and they are in the process of making it right about my issues. I believe in extending grace to everyone. So I am definitely updating my review. I want to refer several of my friends and family. So let's see how it goes! Update 4/30: Finally got officially verified! Yay However, I can't speak on the redemption process yet! Hopefully when I play again, Lady Luck is on my side. Customer Service is good and responsive. Just hoping I can WIN again! Will provide another update in a week or so!

Haven’t gotten lucky yet but I’m hopeful I started playing on these sites and liked the game selection on this one! They gave a good first offer deal, but unfortunately I didn’t have good luck when I played it. HOWEVER my boyfriend won both off his free spins (and cashed out) and then bought some coins and won BIG and cashed out again. So while I may not have gotten lucky YET (I hope to buy more credits soon to try again) I can say that I’ve seen this site work!
