GBSilence Speaks Volumes It speaks, no it SCREAMS volumes when there are 100's of negative comments or questining comments and ya get crickets. If this was my companyand someone was kicking its back in on here, I would have to respond ASAP. If your getting ready or contemplating to download any appand you see this, or the only time you see a response is that rare 5 star....RUN AWAY.. If you had to pass all reviewers in real life on your way to DL appyou would turn around..So....

GB4 to 5 stars I said I would come back and give 5 stars when my redemption went smoothly, and it did! Actually it was better then I expected, I requested the redemption late Friday night and had the money in my bank by Tuesday morning! Very very happy with Spree Casino! They have proven to be a site that can be trusted and their customer service has been outstanding! If you haven't played at Spree Casino I encourage you to go and check them out!

GBI've been trying SPREE for about a week… I've been trying SPREE for about a week now. And even though I find it an enjoyable place to play, I've also found that the support through them is nothing for them to brag about. I sent my 3rd email to them today with all the screenshots and proof that I had done friend referral shortly after discovering SPREE since "I thought" it seemed like a nice new place to play. She immediately did everything but I didn't receive the credit for her signing up,making the required deposit, and she used my link! She however did receive the credit. So after tomorrow, if I don't get some sort of response, I do believe I will not be playing on this site any longer. I mean if I cannot get a friend referral bonus as promised, I'm definitely not going to trust any sort of redemption from them, and I refuse to give any money if I don't have faith in their honesty. I see a lot of negatives and usually like to make my own decisions and form my own opinions about sites since not everyone will have a positive experience....And some will. However I am leaning more towards the negative side when it comes to their customer service and my trust is dwindling quickly. The site itself is enjoyable, if you want to just play for fun anyway at this point, but I wouldn't recommend spending your own money if your trying to get a good payback for it. If they do right by my issues I will update my review. Otherwise I'm done after tomorrow myself like many others.

GBVery rigid customer support I contacted customer support for a few different concerns, and they were incredibly rigid. After I followed up, they outright ignored my follow-up inquiries. Rather than trying to make things right by their customer as a new site, they were very rigid. It felt like I was talking to a robot, or AI. Customer support might as well not exist if there isn't a human capable of discernment, or escalation system. There are many other Social Casino sites out there. I haven't had a bad experience at Stake, Luckyland, Chumba, Fortune Coins, Sportzino, or Zula Casino. For a new site, they could easily win over long-term customers by trying to work with customers for fair solutions.

GBSpree Was skeptical at first but after everything got fixed and handled I love it
