Haven’t gotten lucky yet but I’m hopeful I started playing on these sites and liked the game selection on this one! This place is a legit scam This place is a legit scam. I've deposited 30+ times and evey time, nothing. No bonus spins, no wins. I've went through an entire deposit of 20, 30, even 40 dollars and not win a single spin. It's crazy how this website is legally available to the public. Even a blind squirrel can find a nut. You can't hit anything at this scam site. I've spoken with support and have multiple messages of there system in place and it's a scam. Multiple support members names, same guy on his cell phone every time. My next stop is the FTC.

Cant even make purchase, ir asks to verify phone number, when I enter it i receive text with a code, but there is no space on website where to enter it. Such a disaster . So if social casino cant make normal, working website before release it for use, I doubt they will pay anything. Also wasn't able to get free daily SC. Garbage.

Very rigid customer support I contacted customer support for a few different concerns, and they were incredibly rigid. After I followed up, they outright ignored my follow-up inquiries. Rather than trying to make things right by their customer as a new site, they were very rigid. It felt like I was talking to a robot, or AI. Customer support might as well not exist if there isn't a human capable of discernment, or escalation system. There are many other Social Casino sites out there. I haven't had a bad experience at Stake, Luckyland, Chumba, Fortune Coins, Sportzino, or Zula Casino. For a new site, they could easily win over long-term customers by trying to work with customers for fair solutions.
