DKGood price, fast delivery, and a working product. I ordered the command and conquer pack, very cheaply, and received confirmation at once, and the serial for the game pack at most 5 minutes later. The only thing I that annoyed me a little, was that i couldn't put two of the same game in the basket - I wanted a second copy for my girlfriend, but that's impossible in one go.

DKBugging website made me pay twice You gotta be careful when you use this site, I wanted to buy xbox gold membership yesterday, but when i added a knew credit card for payment, and pressed add, the website just went white. So after a while I closed the browser and tried to do it again. This time i worked but apparently the bug on the first try made me buy the membership twice, I didn't even press accept anywhere on the first try. So now I have paid for 2X 12 month membership and they are not responding to my emails!

AUIt's just impossible to make my purchase... Trying to check out using paypal and it just doesn't work at all.. click checkout and this 'OnePlay Ap' screen opens with two buttons: 'cancel' or 'save card information'... neither of them do anything, what am I supposed to do? UPDATE: OnePlay have asked that I try using my credit card in stead. I already did exactly that and now they've emailed me saying they want a scanned copy of my PHOTO ID and CREDIT CARD before they process my payment! I have NEVER had so much trouble trying to give somebody my money! I am downgrading my TrustPilot rating from two starts to one star.

DEFriendly support, bad service I caved in with their $1 VIP offer and subscribed for a year. The process of download and verifying my account was overly complicated and I only managed to figure out how it was supposed to work with the help of an online support member, which was available in chat right away and was friendly and helpful. The client though wouldn't recognize my password, and I wasn't even able to log in when said support member reset my password. I've been told my case would be forwarded to a tech staff member who would get back in touch with me the next day, but that didn't happen yet (was two days ago). Not very satisfied. I was not able to use their service so far. Worst case - I wasted a dollar. Well...

GBOneplay drawbacks Oneplay provided poor customer service by not validating my VIP membership for 10 days. Also, I didn't receive my code for Battlefield 3 Premium because they said they weren't able to receive payment for it (maybe my fault). Furthermore, i cannot download any games on the oneplay app because their network is slow.
