Went as expected – and even better I ordered one years membership of Xbox Live Gold. I chose OnePlay as they seemed cheaper than any other store available. However to my surprise, i first received a 3% discount coupon, then proceeded and then received a new 10% discount coupon, to use instead. The buying process was easy and fast. Redeeming the serial in the userpanel was effective and intuitive as well (even tho i had some issues ending up on some error, as it thought i wasn't logged on, even tho i was). Nothing bad to say otherwise. In comparison, i could find the membership from other stores, for about 440 (DKK), and the finalised price at OnePlay was 289 (DKK). Definitely worth a return.

Problematic payment, otherwise good Haven´t it been for the problematic payment with Paypal (didn´t work at all even with multiple tries) I would have given a higher rating. However when switching to creditcard it worked as a charm, and I got my code directly and could start downloading right away. For this to be a 5 star experience there needs to be better spelling overall on the site (Swedish), working Paypal, show PCI compliance better,

Horrendous fraud verification Placed the order on a Saturday, didn't get a key. Sent an email to support, which went unanswered until Monday. (So called "Instant delivery".) Tried to check the FAQ, website doesn't work: "Error 502 Ray ID: 2854a1af341f23de • 2016-03-18 00:40:18 UTC Bad gateway." Eventually customer support replied, asking me to send them a picture of my ID and my debit card, even though I asked them to cancel my order. So now, I'm not getting my order cancelled or delivered, but they still charged me a dollar, so they know my card is legit. I sure as hell am not going to send someone my ID and debit card in an email, I'm not out looking to get my identity stolen. All in all, I've been scammed for a dollar (I know it's just a dollar, but it's about the principle here, not the amount), got nothing in return. My only recommendation is to steer clear and visit a different website.

SLOOOOOOW This game service is very very slow on a even average gaming laptop pc. Some modern pc games can be installed while some can't whitout any reaction at all! Those game I've installed took a very very very loooooog time to install so I wanted to give up. Some installations just stopped by themselves so I had to start over again with it and some could not start the install again for some reason I do not know! It's a easy app interface but if it's not working well it doesn't matter really... It's a shame it is so slow and unstable! I bought a whole year subscription but now I don't think I going to use it because of these fails! 😳 Annoying!

Where I always order. First the slightly negative. I've ordered many games here, and sometimes the code they provide (by their own supplier) turns out to have already been used. That has happened twice over a span of around 15 keys, but their staff always show the absolute best example of how support is supposed to work. The positive is that, 9/10 times I've bought a code, it's has arrived 2 seconds after the order is complete, and that is why I keep using one play.com thanks for all the cheap codes guys!
