Super-slow online delivery They did offer a good price for the game. But spending an entire day on delivering an online game like Football Manager is simply not good enough. And costumer support was equally slow. They gave me an explanation of "manual approval" for the delay. I find this very strange, since no other online-retailer has ever needed to manually approve anything I have ordered through the years. So if price is the single most important factor, do buy from them. If delivery-time and customer service is an important factor to you, you may want to research other online-retailers.

Good price, fast delivery, and a working product. I ordered the command and conquer pack, very cheaply, and received confirmation at once, and the serial for the game pack at most 5 minutes later. The only thing I that annoyed me a little, was that i couldn't put two of the same game in the basket - I wanted a second copy for my girlfriend, but that's impossible in one go.

Careful when you order - potentially long wait time I understand that sometimes verification is needed, but It took nearly 12 hours for me to receive my key after payment. When I asked to cancel the order before they sent the key -because, I know I'm impatient, but I wanted to download and play the game when I bought it, not the next day - my request was ignored. When oneplay's office is closed (they are only open from 10-4, Denmark Time) you can't get any customer service, and if your order needs verification you are out of luck. Overall would not order from here again.

It's just impossible to make my purchase... Trying to check out using paypal and it just doesn't work at all.. click checkout and this 'OnePlay Ap' screen opens with two buttons: 'cancel' or 'save card information'... neither of them do anything, what am I supposed to do? UPDATE: OnePlay have asked that I try using my credit card in stead. I already did exactly that and now they've emailed me saying they want a scanned copy of my PHOTO ID and CREDIT CARD before they process my payment! I have NEVER had so much trouble trying to give somebody my money! I am downgrading my TrustPilot rating from two starts to one star.

Oneplay drawbacks Oneplay provided poor customer service by not validating my VIP membership for 10 days. Also, I didn't receive my code for Battlefield 3 Premium because they said they weren't able to receive payment for it (maybe my fault). Furthermore, i cannot download any games on the oneplay app because their network is slow.
