GBWorth the time Everything went as well as I could have hoped. I downloaded "Dragon Age" without too much trouble. It took about 14 hours to download the 9GB game. I did have to restart the download once, but it wasn't much trouble. Once the download finished, I installed and activated the game with absolutely no trouble. All of the negative reviews that D2D received on this site and others had me worried, but it ended up being a pretty simple and painless process.

GBPre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from… Pre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from them two weeks before release date. 12 hours after the game has come out, still no key. Requesting support only give you an auto-reply with a generic message. I'm wondering if this is even a legit website.

I would much prefer to get either working CD Keys for all my games or reimburse me so I can purchase them elsewhere. But it seems to me that the company has basically abandoned it's site and customers since roughly sometime in Aug of this yr (2017)?

GBGreat Price and great service! I ordered Fallout: New Vegas Collector's Edition from them today, for the best price I've seen for a new game like this. As soon as you order, you check your account page and download the serial key to put into Steam. Voila! It doesn't get any easier than that! Great game, great price, plus the Digital collectors edition.

THE SUPPORT TEAM HAS YET TO HELP ME INSTALL IT OR TO GET TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE REQUESTED NEW KEY, SAID THE ACTIVATION WAS NOT VALID AND IT FAILS TO INSTAL I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH D2D AGAIN. SUPPORT GOES OUT OF ITS WAY TO REPLY TO NOTHING I'VE COMPLAINED ABOUT. THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING DONE TO GET MY PURCHASE RUNNING CORRECTLY, NOT ONE SINGLE TIME HAS SUPPORT TRIED TO HELP ME, AND I WANT A REAL TECH THAT KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING, NOT THESE PRE-SCHOOLERS YOU HAVE TRIED TO PAWN OFF ON ME.
