GBThis pretty much SUCKS Realizing that my Comanche 4 game is quite old, I still think this company's 'activation' process sucks. Probably, the activation server is no longer online - but GUESS WHAT - I STILL have the CD, the manual, and I want to REINSTALL it, but it appears NO provisions were made for getting one past the 'authorization' window. It doesn't work, and the 'manual activation' email request form gets NO response from anybody. So now, what does someone who PURCHASED their game do to be able to play the damned thing????

GBPoor Customer Service I purchased several games from D2D, and now that Gamefly took over (over 6 weeks ago) almost none of my PC games are available for download. GS took over Impulse, and my games were available right away. I have contacted support at Gamefly several times, with no result except a promised a 20% discount, but that won't cut it if they cannot deliver what I already paid for. It seems that Gamefly bit off much more than they can chew, I would steer clear until they unsnarl the mess that they are in.

GBThey are not what they used to be I have purchased games with them in the past before they were purchased by gamefly who greatly diminished their reputation. Now I have trouble trying to access my old games I purchased through them but but they respond back in 2-3 days with help. I would prefer if they had a telephone or customer service that way. Would be more convient.

GBAnyone unhappy with treatment (or lack … Anyone unhappy with treatment (or lack there of) by Direct2Drive should email me at RealD2DCustomer @ gmail.com and we can see about a possible class action lawsuit if they don't want to opt for coming to some kind of resolution. I would much prefer to get either working CD Keys for all my games or reimburse me so I can purchase them elsewhere. But it seems to me that the company has basically abandoned it's site and customers since roughly sometime in Aug of this yr (2017)?

GBWorth the time Everything went as well as I could have hoped. I downloaded "Dragon Age" without too much trouble. It took about 14 hours to download the 9GB game. I did have to restart the download once, but it wasn't much trouble. Once the download finished, I installed and activated the game with absolutely no trouble. All of the negative reviews that D2D received on this site and others had me worried, but it ended up being a pretty simple and painless process.
