GBAvoid this company! Avoid this company! They will happily take your money then give you nothing in return except a runaround when you call to find out why you never received your item. I placed an order on 3/4 for 1 PS3 controller. On 3/7 the status updated to "partially shipped" (whatever that means). On 3/16 I called to find out why I never received the item and was asked to call back on Monday. Monday I called, they took my info and said they would get back to me (never happened). Tuesday I called again, they took my info (again) with another promise to look into the issue and get back to me. Read the reviews (I wish I had), this is not a unique experience with them. The next calls I make will be to my credit card company, the BBB, and the State Attorney General.

GBCan't get a refund We ordered a 3DS with 2 games for over $300. Long story short, the games wouldn't load, so we asked for and were told we could have a refund. We return shipped it, got confirmation of delivery on January 6th, but have yet to get a refund. They told us it would be 7-10 business days. Now they must have added our number and email to an ignore list, because we mysteriously can't get them to answer phone or email. They are appearing to be a scam after all. I'd gladly retract that statement if we could get a refund.

CABroken Xbox and poor customer service I bought a refurbished Xbox One. When it came it didn't work even though they said it was "thoroughly tested". I asked what was required to send it back, they told me and I followed the instructions. When I followed up they told me they needed more info which I didn't have and basically said there is nothing they can do about it. $300 down the drain with a broken product and horrible customer service

GBPoor communication and follow up I ordered a PS3 and as far as I can tell the console is fine. However, the controller that was sent with it has a broken shoulder button. I initially contacted customer service by email and was told to "document" the problem with photos and/or a video. As requested, I created a YouTube video and sent the link to customer service. I received an initial response saying that they were looking into the issue, but have not heard from anyone since. I have now reached out several more times by email and have been met with complete silence. At this point, it doesn't look like my problem will be taken care of. I also found out this company drop ships so they don't have their own inventory. You are purchasing an item from an unknown seller and that information is not available to you, the buyer. Would highly recommend against using this company and instead find a local retro game store or a more reputable online dealer.

AUThese guys are dropshippers These guys are dropshippers. They buy from legitimate sellers on eBay and Amazon and try to scam the item away. They will then either dropship from a seller to your address or they buy or steal the item, get it sent to there place and send it directly to the customer for 3x the price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
