GBLearn from my mistakes Learn from my mistakes and reading some good reviews, Avoid them at all cost. Orderd a 3ds xl. Relieved an LL and wouldn't play games. Contacted them. Got a replacement, but again another LL that doesn't play 3ds games. Contact for refund. Make you cover shipping return, won't guarantee a refund, bunch of scam artists. Don't know how they have had any good reviews.

GBScam!!!! Received a broken N64 console Update 02.28.24: received the response from the vendor and it is a embarassing excuse for bad products and customer service. There is ZERO chance that this console was ever tested by Retrovgames. Both power cable and AV cable were broken irreparably and the console itself cannot even latch onto the game cartridges. Anyone with a brain cell, knows that the N64 was discontinued and that was the very reason I purchased this console for my Veteran husbands 40th birthday. A bit of nostalgia of our childhood. And now it has been tainted by this experience. RetroVGames and the blatant excuses your actions and representation of being a scam business (especially on a reputable platform like TrustPilot) will not work with me. Your response is not acceptable. Period Received a broken N64 console. Completely broken from all levels. Bought it for my husbands birthday and he didn't plug it in for a few months as he was travelling and then when I complained it was outside of the 121 day return window and therefore they did nothing. Do not buy from this business.

GBI hope this company gets shut down I hope this company gets shut down. They're overpriced, unresponsive, and they completely leave out the condition of the product. I bought a 3ds XL with a two games, and got a cracked 3ds *LL (So it cant update or use the Eshop) with only one game that didn't have the box and the game didn't read.

GBFast customer service I bought a ps3 controller used from them in initial game play controller worked ok but after 30 min the controller was messing up I contacted them and to give brief video and explained what was happening. The very next day they put another controller in the mail and it works great. Didn't even ask for broken controller back
