Do NOT Shop here I ordered 2 games off their site, separately because the first purchase came with a discount code. So i placed a second ordered and they lost it, I talked to customer support like several times, 3 times over the phone and on the phone they told me they could not find my order, and insisted it doesn’t exist. When i emailed them they said the order was delivered and then sent me my first orders details. I still never got my second game, but instead of admitting fault or trying to help me find the order or figure it out, they kept my money and insisted it was delivered even tho it never was. I did get the first game, but the second game never came and it feels like I’ll never see it. My card company declined to dispute the charges because the company claims they delivered my game. It’s been a month but I’m accepting the loss cause the gaslighting from this company is unbearable. There’s no point in arguing with hustlers. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The gameboy color game I bought was a… The gameboy color game I bought was a bootleg copy. The gameboy color I bought does not work and keeps resetting after 1-2 minutes of gameplay. I am also unable to save my game. Their site did not allow me to leave a review. Each of the products I ordered had over 95% 5 star reviews, so it seems they internalize bad reviews and only show customers positive reviews

Broken Xbox and poor customer service I bought a refurbished Xbox One. When it came it didn't work even though they said it was "thoroughly tested". I asked what was required to send it back, they told me and I followed the instructions. When I followed up they told me they needed more info which I didn't have and basically said there is nothing they can do about it. $300 down the drain with a broken product and horrible customer service
