Never buy a game off of steam that your not sure of! Steam would be a great idea if games were not overpriced and refunds took 2 weeks. I recently tried refunding a Call of game and the fact they don't just give me my money back when I clearly only played it for 20 minutes is stupid as hell.

Top notch company User since the beginning of Steam. Seen it evolving so much since! They are light, provides an excellent store experience, have great support, offers accessible ways for most operation, add modernity and flexibility every years, etc. They even push hard to support Linux! That amazing how many games can run on Linux nowadays thanks to Proton from Steam! And, most users are not aware, co-founder Gabe is also really pushing to provide fair services and open source tech.

Cant recovor my old accound even if i… Cant recovor my old accound even if i have the same phone and hotmail that i had when i first open my accound 12 years ago, i give tem all the info they want but exept for the last 4 digit of the card i used 12 YEARS AGO becuse yea like normal human i forget thing after 12 years and even my bank keep those info for 1 years after they told me... and the response time of 24H realy dont help

Inventory Hacked Had my Steam account hacked and someone took control and took all of my CS skins. Everything was completely out of my control as it was likely compromised through a Google security breach or something. Everything is just sitting in the hackers account right now on trade ban just waiting to be sold out and steam support won't do a thing about it. Oh not to mention steam mobile guard did absolutely nothing to inform me of my account being logged into at another location. Steam support is awful, I've been a steam user for over a decade and this could all be resolved with one click of a button but that's too difficult for whoever works the support team lmfao.
