GBSteam support is trash how are you… Steam support is trash how are you supposed to get help logging in when you have to log in to get help this is the stupidest thing I have ever seen steam please create a better customer service experience for users. Very disappointed

DESteam is awsome and my experience with… Steam is awsome and my experience with the support was perfect. This review is about the steam deck: It's the first hardware ever that will never work. The companies of the Switch, PSVita, all consoles would lost their existence if they would release their products with hundred of system errors. Valve is the only company who released a system to sell more games like Epic. The proof is thag they give a *** about the basic functions. SD cards reading error, wifi connection error, proton launch error, bluetooth connection error, are the issues which still are present-after three years! So for any costumer who want to buy a steam deck: DON'T BUY A STEAM DECK (if you teally want to play games)!

GBGood Storefront I'm laughing at the majority of negative reviews here who know nothing about how Steam works. In my experience, I've had just about as good an experience on Steam as it can be, as a customer since 2017. Whenever I've had to contact support (very rarely, admittedly), I've been able to get a response that did assist in questions made. Even with criticisms that are absolutely justified against this platform (and maybe Valve too), I still find Steam much more trustworthy than other gaming companies

GBInventory Hacked Had my Steam account hacked and someone took control and took all of my CS skins. Everything was completely out of my control as it was likely compromised through a Google security breach or something. Everything is just sitting in the hackers account right now on trade ban just waiting to be sold out and steam support won't do a thing about it. Oh not to mention steam mobile guard did absolutely nothing to inform me of my account being logged into at another location. Steam support is awful, I've been a steam user for over a decade and this could all be resolved with one click of a button but that's too difficult for whoever works the support team lmfao.

GBWell I bought Diablo IV on sale… Well I bought Diablo IV on sale thankfully. I gave the game a good try. I played for 8.4 hours trying every class and skill set to try to make the game work for me but could not in the end. I tried to get a refund but Steam said they could not refund because I played for more than two hours. I will never buy from Steam again.
