GBWill never order from them again… Called customer support spoke to the manger directly. Asked if she could please call FedEx and rerouted my package (per FedEx they can do it but the request would have to be through Astrogaming. Manager said nothing they can do. You can’t even pick up the phone and call for your customer? I was planning buying 2 more for my other kids but with this experience never again.

GBI ordered a A40 headset I ordered a A40 headset, I was told to give a month for shipping, I waited. One month passes and I get an email saying it moved my shipping date out another month. I still waited, 2 weeks go by and I get an email that my order was cancelled. What a trash experience from them.

NLBad customer service AstroGaming might have the WORST customer service I've ever come across in my life. Their employees (if they even have them) do not respond to support e-mails and sometimes the website will not even let you send one due to a bug. Be careful when ordering and think twice before ordering.

NLVery fast shipping and great quality overall I got my Astro A40TR's like 4 years ago and recently the cable was acting up which is understandable after using a headset for such a long time. So I ordered a a40 inline mute cable from the astro gaming eu site, and I paid for standard shipping which should have taken 4-7 business days, but only 2 days later I already received it. Very fast shipping and my headset works perfectly again.

NLDON’T BUY ASTRO DON’T BUY ASTRO Worst company ever, updating the xbox one version to the xbox x version is just not doable. Paid €150 for a headset and couldn't even update. I do not recommend AstroGaming to EVERYONE. Poor customer service and dramatically poor settlement on issues such as not being able to update.
