GBAVOID! AVOID!! Awful, please don't order from Astro. Ordered a controller 3 weeks ago now, the order is still in process. Customer service is slow at responding, when they have responded they've provided no tracking and haven't even stated that the order has been dispatched. Can't cancel the order, apparently have to refuse delivery. Wish i'd never have ordered from them now and checked here first! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

NOLove the headset, really dislike the poor customer service Honestly love the headset, sadly the dock I received was faulty and then I found out their customer support is worse. I sent it in for replacement, which they did replace. They (Lewis and Niko V. from customer support) then tell me to contact a third party shipping company without giving me any contact information. I can not find my package anymore as it has been returned to their address since they did not give me contact details at all. Now they have my money and my dock, and I have a headset I cannot use. Also the back and forth between customer support has been going on before I even shipped the dock on august 17th. edit: 25/09/2022 They say they are refunding me now, which is gonna take up to 14 days, maybe they're not so bad? Will update in 14 days (: edit: its now 20/10/2022 and I have yet to receive a refund or my dock back, rendering my headset useless. Very disappointed in Lewis and Niko V. Edit: 27/10/2022 Got the dock replacement today and it is working wonderful. changing my review from 2 -> 3

GBAstro promised a comparable headset for… Astro promised a comparable headset for my son who purchased the really expensive wireless set with the base. They are JUNK they fall apart and even in warranty- they said they would allow him to chose another comparable pair, constructed differently. Thanks Astro. I hope you know you ripped my autistic son off who is really not happy about spending $350 for “crap”

DKKnowingly selling faulty headsets.. Having been happy with my astro a50 gen 1 i purchased the latest a50' but unfortunately its been horrid experience. When placing the headset in the base station a number of things can happen, but rarely what you would expect, i.e. the charge indicator lighting up and the headset charging. Often what will happen is that the headset light flickers and something goes wrong resulting in the headset thinking it has no charge or over 100% charge. There seems to be no real fix for this and having looked into past reviews its been an issue for several years which is probably the most disappointing thing. Sad to see such a big brand fail to resolve the issue and keep seeling faulty premium products for years..

GBI cant imagine a way this could be worse… i cant imagine a way this could be worse. The customer service and product mix make it so that a .1 star would be much more appropriate. Out of the box the product sounded like dog water, couldnt update and the mix amp didnt work. Customer service advised that I had a defective product when the issue I had was reported to astro over a year ago and they have done nothing to fix it. Check the reviews on astro command on the microsft store. I ordered a40s in 2012 and the company was absolutely the best with fixes, warranties, and customer service. What has logitech done. Buyer beware.
