GBGood except for 2.4ghz frequency issue… Good except for 2.4ghz frequency issue with A10. I used to use A10 and unless I used Ethernet or 5ghz, I would get static on the microphone. Really a shame, normally mic was quite good. Built well, first headset I sold rather than broke.

GBWill never order from them again… Called customer support spoke to the manger directly. Asked if she could please call FedEx and rerouted my package (per FedEx they can do it but the request would have to be through Astrogaming. Manager said nothing they can do. You can’t even pick up the phone and call for your customer? I was planning buying 2 more for my other kids but with this experience never again.

GBDO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM Re Astro a50 Headset These look the part but once warranty is done they break and customer services won't help you.. Now if these were cheap I'd understand, but they are top end pricing £320 in UK.. 13 months wear is insufficient and I believe breaches consumer regulations. Seriously considering a small court claim against them. The issue I've had is they decide too charge depending what mood its in.. I've done all the firmware updates and resets. Still does it.. they hardly got used for first six months. If you look on you tube the problems.are all over there.. unfortunately all reviews are set in stone by them so you can't update and tell the real story. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT PURCHASE. PRODUCTS POOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICES IS WORSE.

GBBought mine awhile ago, not sure how everything is now. I understand my opinion may not be as good as other since i bought my headset from them a couple years ago, but I am going to give it anyways. I bought a head set from them about 6 years ago and i still use it to this day. Its amazing and the mix amp still works. The mic has cut out and kept making bad noises but I just took it out and use another mic. I contacted them before about my wire and my mic which with ease they replaced on their own. I have the astro a40's and i would recommend them to any gamer.

NLVery fast shipping and great quality overall I got my Astro A40TR's like 4 years ago and recently the cable was acting up which is understandable after using a headset for such a long time. So I ordered a a40 inline mute cable from the astro gaming eu site, and I paid for standard shipping which should have taken 4-7 business days, but only 2 days later I already received it. Very fast shipping and my headset works perfectly again.
