AUTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I just spend three and half weeks trying to trouble shoot my failing battery on 2nd pair of 150's. The battery failed on the first pair too. I would get a response every 4 days with another step in the realm of " have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the device" while jumping through these ridiculous hoops my battery completely failed and my headset stopped working all together. The technician simply stopped replying to me.. I sent a further 4 emails over the next week before finally getting a response. My warranty had expired by a matter of days now so I was not entitled to a refund... DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

GBAstro gaming will never have my… Astro gaming will never have my business again. I placed a custom headset order and was told it would ship in one month. One month goes by and nothing, I email asking for an update and they tell me it’ll be another month before it’ll ship. I argue for a refund and they give me different answers on being able to refund it and then not being able to, so I decided to just wait it out. Over two months go by and the order is still in process so I ask for another update. Before my ticket is even answered I get notified that my order has been cancelled, for no reason and no warning. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and product handling. If I could give a negative star I absolutely would.

NLDON’T BUY ASTRO DON’T BUY ASTRO Worst company ever, updating the xbox one version to the xbox x version is just not doable. Paid €150 for a headset and couldn't even update. I do not recommend AstroGaming to EVERYONE. Poor customer service and dramatically poor settlement on issues such as not being able to update.

AUDodgy manufacturing can cost you $$$$ I got an astro a40 a few years ago, i treated it like glass because of the price and it literally fell appart in my hands. Years layer I was convinced by other people to get the a50 as everyone said they are much better now. Not even 8 months of having it i moved it and the cable snapped the usb port out of the back of the dock. I will never ever under any circumstances use an astro product again or tell some one its worth it coz it sure as hell isnt.

GBWill never order from them again… Called customer support spoke to the manger directly. Asked if she could please call FedEx and rerouted my package (per FedEx they can do it but the request would have to be through Astrogaming. Manager said nothing they can do. You can’t even pick up the phone and call for your customer? I was planning buying 2 more for my other kids but with this experience never again.
