NOLove the headset, really dislike the poor customer service Honestly love the headset, sadly the dock I received was faulty and then I found out their customer support is worse. I sent it in for replacement, which they did replace. They (Lewis and Niko V. from customer support) then tell me to contact a third party shipping company without giving me any contact information. I can not find my package anymore as it has been returned to their address since they did not give me contact details at all. Now they have my money and my dock, and I have a headset I cannot use. Also the back and forth between customer support has been going on before I even shipped the dock on august 17th. edit: 25/09/2022 They say they are refunding me now, which is gonna take up to 14 days, maybe they're not so bad? Will update in 14 days (: edit: its now 20/10/2022 and I have yet to receive a refund or my dock back, rendering my headset useless. Very disappointed in Lewis and Niko V. Edit: 27/10/2022 Got the dock replacement today and it is working wonderful. changing my review from 2 -> 3

GBI cant imagine a way this could be worse… i cant imagine a way this could be worse. The customer service and product mix make it so that a .1 star would be much more appropriate. Out of the box the product sounded like dog water, couldnt update and the mix amp didnt work. Customer service advised that I had a defective product when the issue I had was reported to astro over a year ago and they have done nothing to fix it. Check the reviews on astro command on the microsft store. I ordered a40s in 2012 and the company was absolutely the best with fixes, warranties, and customer service. What has logitech done. Buyer beware.

NLDON’T BUY ASTRO DON’T BUY ASTRO Worst company ever, updating the xbox one version to the xbox x version is just not doable. Paid €150 for a headset and couldn't even update. I do not recommend AstroGaming to EVERYONE. Poor customer service and dramatically poor settlement on issues such as not being able to update.

GBWill never order from them again… Called customer support spoke to the manger directly. Asked if she could please call FedEx and rerouted my package (per FedEx they can do it but the request would have to be through Astrogaming. Manager said nothing they can do. You can’t even pick up the phone and call for your customer? I was planning buying 2 more for my other kids but with this experience never again.

AUDodgy manufacturing can cost you $$$$ I got an astro a40 a few years ago, i treated it like glass because of the price and it literally fell appart in my hands. Years layer I was convinced by other people to get the a50 as everyone said they are much better now. Not even 8 months of having it i moved it and the cable snapped the usb port out of the back of the dock. I will never ever under any circumstances use an astro product again or tell some one its worth it coz it sure as hell isnt.
