Stay away from astro and the A50 gen 4 One of the most expensive headsets around, and yet poor build quality. Iv had nothing but issues with these headsets,iv gone through 3 different ones, with real bad costumer services, and people are right, nothing but an expensive paper weight. Now the base station is not working, got in contact with astro, and because its out of warranty, they won't touch, They trest there costumers like crap, as if they are stupid. Yes very comfortable headset till it falls apart. Astro are a con. You pay hard earn Money, for a expensive headset, to just fall apart, first problem 4 months after buying brand new,second problem, 8 months, third problem, 16 months, new problem, yesterday, but because out of warranty won't touch, so have to sort myself. PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT BUY,DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Now if these were cheap I'd understand, but they are top end pricing £320 in UK.. 13 months wear is insufficient and I believe breaches consumer regulations. Seriously considering a small court claim against them. The issue I've had is they decide too charge depending what mood its in.. I've done all the firmware updates and resets. Still does it.. they hardly got used for first six months. If you look on you tube the problems.are all over there.. unfortunately all reviews are set in stone by them so you can't update and tell the real story. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT PURCHASE. PRODUCTS POOR AND CUSTOMER SERVICES IS WORSE.

Good except for 2.4ghz frequency issue… Good except for 2.4ghz frequency issue with A10. I used to use A10 and unless I used Ethernet or 5ghz, I would get static on the microphone. Really a shame, normally mic was quite good. Built well, first headset I sold rather than broke.

Love the headset, really dislike the poor customer service Honestly love the headset, sadly the dock I received was faulty and then I found out their customer support is worse. I sent it in for replacement, which they did replace. They (Lewis and Niko V. from customer support) then tell me to contact a third party shipping company without giving me any contact information. I can not find my package anymore as it has been returned to their address since they did not give me contact details at all. Now they have my money and my dock, and I have a headset I cannot use. Also the back and forth between customer support has been going on before I even shipped the dock on august 17th. edit: 25/09/2022 They say they are refunding me now, which is gonna take up to 14 days, maybe they're not so bad? Will update in 14 days (: edit: its now 20/10/2022 and I have yet to receive a refund or my dock back, rendering my headset useless. Very disappointed in Lewis and Niko V. Very fast shipping and great quality overall I got my Astro A40TR's like 4 years ago and recently the cable was acting up which is understandable after using a headset for such a long time. So I ordered a a40 inline mute cable from the astro gaming eu site, and I paid for standard shipping which should have taken 4-7 business days, but only 2 days later I already received it. Very fast shipping and my headset works perfectly again.
