NLVery fast shipping and great quality overall I got my Astro A40TR's like 4 years ago and recently the cable was acting up which is understandable after using a headset for such a long time. So I ordered a a40 inline mute cable from the astro gaming eu site, and I paid for standard shipping which should have taken 4-7 business days, but only 2 days later I already received it. Very fast shipping and my headset works perfectly again.

GBAstro are a joke. My A50 headset stopped working and they tried to tell me it was my fault. It turns out the astro firmware is the issue as it does not work. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the headset......only the firmware. They still did not accept responsibility and did not change my headset which is now useless. Do not bother wasting your money with Astro.

GBAstro a40 TR with mix amp pro is worst… Astro a40 TR with mix amp pro is worst headset ever. I've owned this for a few years now for the ps4. I've now come to ps5 and it doesn't work on here because the lack of optical port. Well, the problems I've had since owning this. The right hand side ear muff always slides and moves on its own because the screw doesn't hold tight enough. I've had crackling sounds through both speakers about 10% of the time when using them. The game volume to chat volume on my mix amp never worked and this is the reason I bought these. So I can't turn it to turn one or the other quite. The mute switch button was like a cheap Chinese plastic which almost broke with in a few weeks,of owning them. All the button does is rattle. I had better sounds of a £30 headset I once had and broke and couldn't replace wirh same so i ended up buying the astro for £250 which was one of my biggest mistakes. Ive regretted ever since owning them. I'll never go back and buy any astro product brand new.

GBStay away from astro and the A50 gen 4 One of the most expensive headsets around, and yet poor build quality. Iv had nothing but issues with these headsets,iv gone through 3 different ones, with real bad costumer services, and people are right, nothing but an expensive paper weight. Now the base station is not working, got in contact with astro, and because its out of warranty, they won't touch, They trest there costumers like crap, as if they are stupid. Yes very comfortable headset till it falls apart. Astro are a con. You pay hard earn Money, for a expensive headset, to just fall apart, first problem 4 months after buying brand new,second problem, 8 months, third problem, 16 months, new problem, yesterday, but because out of warranty won't touch, so have to sort myself. PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT BUY,DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

GBAstro gaming will never have my… Astro gaming will never have my business again. I placed a custom headset order and was told it would ship in one month. One month goes by and nothing, I email asking for an update and they tell me it’ll be another month before it’ll ship. I argue for a refund and they give me different answers on being able to refund it and then not being able to, so I decided to just wait it out. Over two months go by and the order is still in process so I ask for another update. Before my ticket is even answered I get notified that my order has been cancelled, for no reason and no warning. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and product handling. If I could give a negative star I absolutely would.
