Waste of time I made a purchase at Direct2Drive. (gamefly) I waited 4 hours and still no game to download :-( I send e-mail to the support team, but only got autoreply. I then decided to cancel my order and claim refund. I cant recommend Gamefly as a digital game supplier.. What if all webshops needed more than 4 hours to comfirm/process a purchase ? Bad policy, bad service..

The site itself is good The site itself is good. Attempting to actually get a popular game when it comes out is VERY hard to do though. I typically wait until the game has been out a few months before I even think about getting it for rent from them. I've only gotten a couple of games that weren't readable. When I lost a game, they quickly sent the next game on my queue without question. Buying preowned games from them can be a REAL deal. with discounts and digital coupons they offer on occasion, I often times use them as gifts.

I don't really know why this site has… I don't really know why this site has such bad reviews but I'm guessing I've just had a different experience because this is my second time using gamefly and I think its great. Ive had no problems receiving games for the Nintendo switch and they even mailed my second game the day after I mailed back the first and they hadnt even received mine yet but they saw that I had sent it i guess and I received my second game before they evn had my first one back. Also the last time I used them before I moved I had sent back a game and it ended up lost in the mail somehow and they refunded me for a month of service. I really like this company, I thing their prices are reasonable, not great but eh.. also if you want to keep a game its often cheaper then you would get a used game anywhere else. I will be using them for a long time I think.

This company lacks reason and logic This company lacks reason and logic. I wasn't able to open an account because an older resident at my address never paid. This older resident owes 6 dollars. I offered to pay it and they wouldn't accept. This company literally turned down future business over 6 dollars 🤣🤣🤣.

Tried to start an acct with them… Tried to start an acct with them because I finally got a gaming device. Figured it was better to try multiple new games and find some I might want to actually get, vs. buying a game and hating it... Refused my account and cancelled it because a relative used to have stuff sent to my place, because his stuff would be safer than delivered to his own home. Wouldn't give me a reduced trial account and kept insisting I've had one before. DONT JOIN. Look elsewhere!
