GBThis "service" continues to degenerate This "service" continues to degenerate. Each time I've come back, I'm met with more frustration and disappointment. This time, within an entire months' membership, I only received 1 game. I only kept said game for 4 days, and sent it back, thinking it would be in time for other new releases. I watched my mailman pick up and scan the return envelope. It took an additional 4 days for Gamefly to receive the game, which in and of itself is a problem, considering they have a (broken) system in place that's supposed to recognize the moment a game is scanned and being sent back. Needless to say, because their system doesn't work. I was unable to get either of the games on my queue upon release. To add to to my frustration, I monitored said games and watched the availability raise from "low" to "normal" multiple times and still never received a game. I'm contemplating filling a report with the BBB. They're clearly unable to provide the "service" they're charging people for.

DKWaste of time I made a purchase at Direct2Drive. (gamefly) I waited 4 hours and still no game to download :-( I send e-mail to the support team, but only got autoreply. I then decided to cancel my order and claim refund. I cant recommend Gamefly as a digital game supplier.. What if all webshops needed more than 4 hours to comfirm/process a purchase ? Bad policy, bad service..

GBThis service is a JOKE Service is terrible taking approximately 2 weeks to turn games around. They continually blame the post office, but no other company I shop with has this issue. Their customer service is all but non-existant. The minimal effort they pretend to make is generally more infuriating than helpful. I was told that the availability queues to not reflect availablitity for YOU but rather are an average of the whole country. You have absolutely zero way to identify which games are actually available to your specific area.

GBGameFly is dead GameFly is dead. They barely have any series X games. Dragon Quest XI is a popular one and they don’t have it. They barely have any Series X games. They used to have a huge library years ago. Seems like they are barely hanging on.

GBAnother GameFly game doesn’t work Dragon age did not work! Super super disappointed and frustrated since this is the second disc in a row sent to me not being able to play! This was a game I was pretty excited to play when I read the RPG gameplay description. The disc had the tinniest scratch . This time I took photos of the error and can not download to play screen as proof of the unfortunate situation.
