Another GameFly game doesn’t work Dragon age did not work! Super super disappointed and frustrated since this is the second disc in a row sent to me not being able to play! This was a game I was pretty excited to play when I read the RPG gameplay description. The disc had the tinniest scratch . This time I took photos of the error and can not download to play screen as proof of the unfortunate situation.

Bad disc Gamefly sent out a ps5 disc that was scratched all the way to hell and completely unreadable by my console. I lost a week waiting for the game just to get my time wasted further. Gamefly if you see this, your business model only works if you send out *working* games, please and thanks. For anyone considering Gamefly, please take this into account and think twice. Or maybe even thrice.

I feel scammed The games would take forever to arrive and sometimes wouldn't until I requested a replacement and then both copies showed on the same day and now I got charged for games currently in the mail to be returned. I sold my console because of it and now charged for games I don't have nor have a console for.

This service is a JOKE Service is terrible taking approximately 2 weeks to turn games around. They continually blame the post office, but no other company I shop with has this issue. Their customer service is all but non-existant. The minimal effort they pretend to make is generally more infuriating than helpful. I was told that the availability queues to not reflect availablitity for YOU but rather are an average of the whole country. You have absolutely zero way to identify which games are actually available to your specific area.

Nothing but trouble Nothing but trouble with sending games and receiving them. It always takes more than 7 days to receive a game they say it's fast shipping. Fast return rarely works and game lock just ensure you don't get a game for one third of the month.
