GBThis "service" continues to degenerate This "service" continues to degenerate. Each time I've come back, I'm met with more frustration and disappointment. This time, within an entire months' membership, I only received 1 game. I only kept said game for 4 days, and sent it back, thinking it would be in time for other new releases. I watched my mailman pick up and scan the return envelope. It took an additional 4 days for Gamefly to receive the game, which in and of itself is a problem, considering they have a (broken) system in place that's supposed to recognize the moment a game is scanned and being sent back. Needless to say, because their system doesn't work. I was unable to get either of the games on my queue upon release. To add to to my frustration, I monitored said games and watched the availability raise from "low" to "normal" multiple times and still never received a game. I'm contemplating filling a report with the BBB. They're clearly unable to provide the "service" they're charging people for.

GBNothing but trouble Nothing but trouble with sending games and receiving them. It always takes more than 7 days to receive a game they say it's fast shipping. Fast return rarely works and game lock just ensure you don't get a game for one third of the month.

GBWon't Honor Orders Canceled my order because they suck at their jobs. They refused to honor the order saying they could cancel anything they liked. Edit: Response to GameFly - See "they suck at their jobs." I don't care about your bad information. You posted the item for that price and should 100% honor that price. But instead of honoring them, you canceled them like cowards and blame it on your supplier.

GBHorrible Service and Scam Business Horrible experience. They charged for me rentals that they never delivered even after double checking that I provided the correct shipping address and customer service is almost non-existent. I rented a game nearly one month ago and it was never delivered.

GBI feel scammed The games would take forever to arrive and sometimes wouldn't until I requested a replacement and then both copies showed on the same day and now I got charged for games currently in the mail to be returned. I sold my console because of it and now charged for games I don't have nor have a console for.
