Tried to start an acct with them… Tried to start an acct with them because I finally got a gaming device. Figured it was better to try multiple new games and find some I might want to actually get, vs. buying a game and hating it... Refused my account and cancelled it because a relative used to have stuff sent to my place, because his stuff would be safer than delivered to his own home. Wouldn't give me a reduced trial account and kept insisting I've had one before. DONT JOIN. Look elsewhere!

This place is terrible This place is terrible, your games spend more time in transit and waiting for game-locked games to re-game-lock because they were taken off by the site. Now my account is sitting idle and I’m paying for not having games when I had game-locked games available. Also, you will wait a week for your first choice and then they send you your second choice anyway. At the end of the day I am getting 2 games a month (not my top pick, normally) and the rest of the time is transit. After a week you can report a problem and they will start shipping your next title. PlayStation has a similar model and it’s way better for the money and time. What a shame. Read the other reviews to confirm if you don’t believe mine!

Nothing but trouble Nothing but trouble with sending games and receiving them. It always takes more than 7 days to receive a game they say it's fast shipping. Fast return rarely works and game lock just ensure you don't get a game for one third of the month.

Awful Company This company will steal your money. Awful customer service, awful website UI, if something goes wrong with a game they will not hesitate to charge your account without permission and make you jump through hoops to fix it. You can tell why it has such a low rating.

I don't really know why this site has… I don't really know why this site has such bad reviews but I'm guessing I've just had a different experience because this is my second time using gamefly and I think its great. Ive had no problems receiving games for the Nintendo switch and they even mailed my second game the day after I mailed back the first and they hadnt even received mine yet but they saw that I had sent it i guess and I received my second game before they evn had my first one back. Also the last time I used them before I moved I had sent back a game and it ended up lost in the mail somehow and they refunded me for a month of service. I really like this company, I thing their prices are reasonable, not great but eh.. also if you want to keep a game its often cheaper then you would get a used game anywhere else. I will be using them for a long time I think.
