GBVery few Blu-ray's, not worth it Like most other people, I think Gamefly is pretty bad. I wanted to start renting Blu-Rays so I signed up for the 2 movies at a time plan. Unfortunately, there's no way to browse the entire Blu-Ray catalog without signing up first. I signed up and was shocked at how few Blu-Rays they actually have for rental. Almost everything is marked as TBD or coming soon. Now I know why they didn't let me browse the catalog first. It's because they hardly have anything. I can't speak for the game rental plans, but the movie rental plans are awful. I haven't really had problems with the turnaround time like many others, the discs have arrived relatively quickly but what good is that when they only have a few movies available for rent? I'm cancelling after I receive the last 2 movies in my queue.

GBThis "service" continues to degenerate This "service" continues to degenerate. Each time I've come back, I'm met with more frustration and disappointment. This time, within an entire months' membership, I only received 1 game. I only kept said game for 4 days, and sent it back, thinking it would be in time for other new releases. I watched my mailman pick up and scan the return envelope. It took an additional 4 days for Gamefly to receive the game, which in and of itself is a problem, considering they have a (broken) system in place that's supposed to recognize the moment a game is scanned and being sent back. Needless to say, because their system doesn't work. I was unable to get either of the games on my queue upon release. To add to to my frustration, I monitored said games and watched the availability raise from "low" to "normal" multiple times and still never received a game. I'm contemplating filling a report with the BBB. They're clearly unable to provide the "service" they're charging people for.

GBBad disc Gamefly sent out a ps5 disc that was scratched all the way to hell and completely unreadable by my console. I lost a week waiting for the game just to get my time wasted further. Gamefly if you see this, your business model only works if you send out *working* games, please and thanks. For anyone considering Gamefly, please take this into account and think twice. Or maybe even thrice.

GBThis place is terrible This place is terrible, your games spend more time in transit and waiting for game-locked games to re-game-lock because they were taken off by the site. Now my account is sitting idle and I’m paying for not having games when I had game-locked games available. Also, you will wait a week for your first choice and then they send you your second choice anyway. At the end of the day I am getting 2 games a month (not my top pick, normally) and the rest of the time is transit. After a week you can report a problem and they will start shipping your next title. PlayStation has a similar model and it’s way better for the money and time. What a shame. Read the other reviews to confirm if you don’t believe mine!

GBThe site itself is good The site itself is good. Attempting to actually get a popular game when it comes out is VERY hard to do though. I typically wait until the game has been out a few months before I even think about getting it for rent from them. I've only gotten a couple of games that weren't readable. When I lost a game, they quickly sent the next game on my queue without question. Buying preowned games from them can be a REAL deal. with discounts and digital coupons they offer on occasion, I often times use them as gifts.
