GBThis service is a JOKE Service is terrible taking approximately 2 weeks to turn games around. They continually blame the post office, but no other company I shop with has this issue. Their customer service is all but non-existant. The minimal effort they pretend to make is generally more infuriating than helpful. I was told that the availability queues to not reflect availablitity for YOU but rather are an average of the whole country. You have absolutely zero way to identify which games are actually available to your specific area.

GBAwful Company This company will steal your money. Awful customer service, awful website UI, if something goes wrong with a game they will not hesitate to charge your account without permission and make you jump through hoops to fix it. You can tell why it has such a low rating.

GBThe worst customer service experience Was told my purchase was under review but they did not specify which purchase. Asked questions that weren't answered, like which order was an issue, and was not offered any help. Only received copy and paste answers. When I had a chance to call in to verify this order, I was placed on hold and then hung up on almost 10 minutes later. Worst customer service experience. Why do I have to jump through hoops to give a company my money.. Will not be dealing with GameFly ever again.

GBshipping standards are subpar.. shipping standards are subpar... you have to wait 8 days before they will even check on the status of your non arrival.... they don't order enough games and then blame it on shipping when they don't send out your gamelocked titles.... i have had their service for 3 months and 2 of the 3 months has been waiting on games..... 9 days shipping from pittsburgh to alabama is somehow ok????but at least customer service is right there to tell you they are not going to do anything to help.... had it not been a gift subscription i would have cancelled 10 times by now

GBGameFly is dead GameFly is dead. They barely have any series X games. Dragon Quest XI is a popular one and they don’t have it. They barely have any Series X games. They used to have a huge library years ago. Seems like they are barely hanging on.
