DKStay away from LRG Stay away from LRG - they scam people, take their money and never ship the items. We ordered the Doom helmet a year ago in July 2022, and never received it despite a newsletter mail from March 2023 that the helmets were ready to ship out. Several mails back and forth with their support with no result other than excuses and politely stalling and avoiding to answer. I thought it was mainly because we live in Denmark, but it seems as a general issue with LRG. So sad my kid spent all his savings on this - hard lesson learned!

GBLimited Run blamed me for their mistake! I logged onto their website trying to check on the status of my order. The page didn't load properly. Then I got an email stating that my pre-order was canceled. Thinking that this is an easy fix, I contacted customer service by email. The rep Conor replied, stating that they cannot fix the problem becauseI initiated the cancelation. I explained the chain of event to him, and his answer was the same. I asked to speak to a manager but was ignored. This is awful customer service! I bought from them for years, and I still have other pre-orders, but I think I will cancel them. Often, I find physical copies of the games in Asian markets. Will go to those sites instead. I can't believe Limited Run won't make things right when it was clearly their fault.

DEWaiting 8 months for "in stock" articles I like physical copies of games but Limited Run always manages to disappoint me. Command & Conquer came without a physical game despite the illustration, the final disk was labeled "Assets Disk". I've been waiting almost two years for an order, and I've waited 8 months for another order with all available items. Which merchant needs 8 months to ship an order from its own warehouse? Edit: The list goes on, my most recent order was missing an item. Nevertheless, I decided to change my rating from 1 to 3 stars because customer support responded quickly and well twice. A subsequent delivery was arranged immediately and it arrived 3 weeks later. I had to pay customs fees, which is wrong, but I got them refunded immediately after contacting support.

GBI got a PlayStation from them I got a PlayStation from them. Cameron timely fashion. However just learned that they audit their employees for mind control, making sure they check their thoughts and reading material. Asa strong believer in freedom of thought I would never buy from this toxic company again.
