ESPERFECT SERVICE Back in late march of 2023 I bought a deluxe version of a game for NSW and after 10 months it’s come in mint condition, so happy with the game itself and the physical addons. I’d buy again if any games I’m interested in are published by them.

GBtook 1.5 yrs to receive my product took 1.5 yrs to receive my product. The product image was completely deceiving: they sent me a different poster than what was posted. Also, the packaging was poor and many of the cards they sent me ended up bent. Customer support is unhelpful. It seems Limited Run Games banks on the fact that it's more trouble than its worth to get your money back.

GBLimited Run Games is run by intolerant… Limited Run Games is run by intolerant leftist bigots. Never waste your money with LRG. You're better off buying bottled air as it is a better value than woke garbage games made by petulant programmers. LRG should fail as a business. They could have been inclusive and tolerant and not let a mentally ill activist ruin an employees life. But, they chose the easy way out and cowered in fear from a mentally ill activist. Not strong business leadership.

GBSHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN…! Happy I Looked At Reviews Before Purchasing “Deadspace Collectors Edition” For PS5. Looking on the website; I noticed that they were selling an item that was SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE ELSE, which seemed fishy to me, along with them saying it takes roughly 9 MONTHS to receive your purchased product which just seems outrageous. Who wants to buy a video game and wait 3/4’s of a YEAR to receive it? This company should be sued and shut down immediately by the Better Business Bureau! (BBB)

GBLimited Run blamed me for their mistake! I logged onto their website trying to check on the status of my order. The page didn't load properly. Then I got an email stating that my pre-order was canceled. Thinking that this is an easy fix, I contacted customer service by email. The rep Conor replied, stating that they cannot fix the problem becauseI initiated the cancelation. I explained the chain of event to him, and his answer was the same. I asked to speak to a manager but was ignored. This is awful customer service! I bought from them for years, and I still have other pre-orders, but I think I will cancel them. Often, I find physical copies of the games in Asian markets. Will go to those sites instead. I can't believe Limited Run won't make things right when it was clearly their fault.
