Due to the wait no company/bank can help me fight the payment charge so I'm out nearly £200. Do NOT make the same expensive mistake as me.

ESPERFECT SERVICE Back in late march of 2023 I bought a deluxe version of a game for NSW and after 10 months it’s come in mint condition, so happy with the game itself and the physical addons. I’d buy again if any games I’m interested in are published by them.

USWaited 6 months for 2 games Waited 6 months for 2 games. Received email they had shipped, 2 months later still no games and support says package lost. Inform me I can get a replacement or refund. I said send a replacement, that was 3 weeks ago and still no response after requesting updates.

UStook 1.5 yrs to receive my product took 1.5 yrs to receive my product. The product image was completely deceiving: they sent me a different poster than what was posted. Also, the packaging was poor and many of the cards they sent me ended up bent. Customer support is unhelpful. It seems Limited Run Games banks on the fact that it's more trouble than its worth to get your money back.

NZUseless Useless, waiting two years on an order cant get an intelligent response with a definitive timeline. Dont bother wasting your money, they take your money and promote new orders to make more money to line their greedy pockets, all while hoping you forget about your order from 2 years ago. Pyramid scheme shrouded in nostalgia gaming.
