Absolute joke of a customer service Absolute joke of a customer service. Won't ever buy anything from you or support you rip off shop. 1 star, it said by itself, shame there is no 0 stars you deserve, no respect for gamers at all!

Poor moderation PlayStation's enforcement of it's terms of service in chats is not fit for purpose. They do not act unless specific trigger phrases are said and more often then not they act against victims retaliating rather than persecutors. It genuinely feels unsafe to be a woman and have DMs active on playstation network because they do nothing about the vile things that get sent to you but if you tell the persecutor to get a life or to f off then you'll be slapped with a week suspension. In future explicit messages will be reported to the police instead and PSN can deal with it on there end. I'm tired of being sent people's shrivelled chopped up sausages and unhinged monologues.

Horrible experience with customer service Horrible experience with their customer service. I purchased a game that I couldn't get to work so I tried contacting Sony. They have no way of reaching a real person and it got so bad I had to contact my credit card company to issue a chargeback. It's really sad since Sony is such a huge global corporation. They seriously need to get their act together. I don't care how big you are, this kind of treatment to your customers will only bring you down in the future!

The Modern-Day Digital Extortionists Sony PlayStation's business tactics are reminiscent of a digital extortion racket, with a modern twist. Their shameless overpricing of decade-old games, coupled with demanding exorbitant fees for digital downloads, is a slap in the face to consumers who have already paid for these titles once before. But it doesn't stop there. Sony's flagrant disregard for consumer rights, particularly in the UK where they exploit legal loopholes to dodge refund obligations, is appalling. Their iron grip on PlayStation Network access, effectively holding gamers' own Wi-Fi connections hostage unless they comply with their demands, reeks of exploitation reminiscent of the mafia's tactics from yesteryears. Sony PlayStation's predatory practices not only disrespect their customers but also undermine the very essence of fair trade. Gamers deserve better treatment than to be strong-armed into paying inflated prices for outdated content and then denied basic consumer protections. It's high time Sony reevaluates its priorities and starts respecting the rights and dignity of its user base. Until then, consumers should think twice before getting ensnared in Sony's web of digital exploitation.

Accidentally bought the add on for a… Accidentally bought the add on for a game instead of the full game. It was not made clear before purchasing that it was an add on only. I have not downloaded the content but was charged for it. They will not refund me because the add on isn't faulty and they claim it has been downloaded (it has not, I would have to delete apps to make space). I would give zero stars if I could for the crappy customer service.
