I no longer respect Sony. Used to be 5/5 company. Now they just been going down hill since 2018. What can I say folks, if we don't make a stand now they will just bully us all controlling what we play and when they want, doesn't seem right to me somehow.

GBRefuse to refund games despite… Refuse to refund games despite developers acknowledging the games poor performance. When contacting support, the live chat agent ended the chat without giving me a chance to respond after we had been chatting back and forth. That was AFTER I had waited in their queue for 50 minutes. Non-existent support staff and predatory business tactics. AVOID.

GBUnhelpful playstation support So I'm logged out of my playstation online account and the customer support person, called Kev, was very unhelpful. He asked for a serial number on the playstation which was fine and the order number of a purchase for playstation store that I bought 2-3 years ago. Once I explained I didn't have it and the email had been deleted he said nothing he can do. I then asked for someone else I can talk to about reopening my account and he doged the question the first time and then asks for my number for some one to ring later. I honestly don't have high hopes.

GBAbsolute Con - Avoid at all costs I logged on to Playstation store to check price of digital version of MW3. It was more expensive than anywhere else so tried to exit and return to game. Pressed wrong button and accidentally purchased. 2am but i contacted them immediately to cancel but they were closed and said open Monday. Contacted Monday and they said it has been downloaded so couldnt be refunded. IT HADN'T!! I went to game to check this and it said i couldnt play as content wasnt downloaded. Asked them to escalate and 3 weeks later got generic email saying couldn't refund as it had been downloaded and complaint was over 14 days. Total con - avoid buying digital through store at all costs. (NB I've now downloaded anyway seeing as i had no choice but feel totally ripped off as i wouldnt have paid £70 when it is £50 elsewhere
