Refuse to refund games despite… Refuse to refund games despite developers acknowledging the games poor performance. When contacting support, the live chat agent ended the chat without giving me a chance to respond after we had been chatting back and forth. That was AFTER I had waited in their queue for 50 minutes. Non-existent support staff and predatory business tactics. AVOID.

The Modern-Day Digital Extortionists Sony PlayStation's business tactics are reminiscent of a digital extortion racket, with a modern twist. Their shameless overpricing of decade-old games, coupled with demanding exorbitant fees for digital downloads, is a slap in the face to consumers who have already paid for these titles once before. But it doesn't stop there. Sony's flagrant disregard for consumer rights, particularly in the UK where they exploit legal loopholes to dodge refund obligations, is appalling. Their iron grip on PlayStation Network access, effectively holding gamers' own Wi-Fi connections hostage unless they comply with their demands, reeks of exploitation reminiscent of the mafia's tactics from yesteryears. Sony PlayStation's predatory practices not only disrespect their customers but also undermine the very essence of fair trade. Gamers deserve better treatment than to be strong-armed into paying inflated prices for outdated content and then denied basic consumer protections. It's high time Sony reevaluates its priorities and starts respecting the rights and dignity of its user base. Until then, consumers should think twice before getting ensnared in Sony's web of digital exploitation.

Accidentally bought the add on for a… Accidentally bought the add on for a game instead of the full game. It was not made clear before purchasing that it was an add on only. I have not downloaded the content but was charged for it. They will not refund me because the add on isn't faulty and they claim it has been downloaded (it has not, I would have to delete apps to make space). I would give zero stars if I could for the crappy customer service.

Remote broke within a year which they… Remote broke within a year which they confirmed was under warranty and broken. They made me pay for shipping to send it to fix or replace - got an email they received it and within an hour it was being sent back fixed?! Nope they just sent back the same unfixed remote!! Poor kid waited weeks - never dealt with such shadiness.

Absolute Con - Avoid at all costs I logged on to Playstation store to check price of digital version of MW3. It was more expensive than anywhere else so tried to exit and return to game. Pressed wrong button and accidentally purchased. 2am but i contacted them immediately to cancel but they were closed and said open Monday. Contacted Monday and they said it has been downloaded so couldnt be refunded. IT HADN'T!! I went to game to check this and it said i couldnt play as content wasnt downloaded. Asked them to escalate and 3 weeks later got generic email saying couldn't refund as it had been downloaded and complaint was over 14 days. Total con - avoid buying digital through store at all costs. (NB I've now downloaded anyway seeing as i had no choice but feel totally ripped off as i wouldnt have paid £70 when it is £50 elsewhere
