About Blizzard Entertainment

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is an American video game developer and publisher founded on February 8, 1991 under the name Silicon & Synapse by three graduates of UCLA, Michael Morhaime, Allen Adham and Frank Pearce. Based in Irvine, California, the company originally concentrated primarily on the creation of game ports for other studios before beginning development of their own software in 1993 with the development of games like Rock N' Roll Racing and The Lost Vikings. In 1994 the company became Blizzard Entertainment Inc before being acquired by distributor Davidson & Associates and later by Vivendi. Shortly thereafter, Blizzard shipped their breakthrough hit Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. Blizzard went on to create several successful PC games, including the Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo series, and the MMORPG World of Warcraft. On July 9, 2008, Activision officially merged with Vivendi Games, culminating in the inclusion of the Blizzard brand name in the title of the resulting holding company, though Blizzard Entertainment remains a separate entity with independent management.[3] Blizzard Entertainment offers events to meet players and to announce games: the BlizzCon in California, United States, and the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in other countries, such as Paris, France and Seoul, South Korea. Scam-worthy Company Disgusting, scummy company. They have no Live Chat Support, no Phone Number, nothing. Only automated bots on their website. I had a subscription to WoW back in February that I paid for only a month, and then CANCELLED. I was not charged for March, but now suddenly I'm being charged again for April? Their FAQ says that if you haven't used any of your game time, they should be able to refund your payment. But I'm getting my appeals/tickets automatically declined by their automated service in less than a minute, no exaggeration, because I've apparently already previously received a refund in the past for this same thing i.e. "Forgetting to unsubscribe" but that's just.. not the case? I can't find any record of that? And even if I did, how would that even factor into future refunds? There's no actual logic to it. There's no customer service whatsoever. There goes $20 to a worthless, disgusting company. Never again buying any of your products or subscriptions. Rot in hell.

They ‘sent’ the item but it never actually got delivered to me. 3 weeks later still fighting them to get my money back for an undelivered item. Ignored calls and ignored tickets that I had sent for help with my order. Luckily my bank got my money back from the scamming b*********!!! So F U BLIZZARD UP YOURS YOU C****

Blizzard bans landing on honest players and they don't care They are thieves and liars, it's as simple as that. They ban innocent long term players based on incompetent work and false flags using their new 'tech', then pocket the money and refuse to review properly. I've played Blizzard games for over 25 years and to be treated so coldly, to have all my progress stripped away with no chance of recovery just because someone can't code properly is cruel. Very much par for the course as far as Blizzards treatment of people is concerned, but there we are.

Say anything and get banned. They ban people constantly for the smallest things, such as saying GG. This company values its players like garbage and continues to cater to the minority. Instead of banning people for trying to be nice and honest, maybe ban the report system abusers. I use to love this game, but now they won't let the true supporters play.
