SEI just lost my entire battlenet account… I just lost my entire battlenet account because i asked a gm why i was banned 3 times they sent a link to terms and services and 3 times i asked what exactly did i do and asked for an explanation and a name to the gm i was talking to. Then they deleted my entire account the emails disappeared from my inbox and no notification or any explanation. Around 400 euros worth if games.... All i did was asking why i was suspended and the reasoning behind it....

GBThis developer all bad now. Nothing good left A once great developer and publisher of games has fallen to a greedy cash farming corporate mess. The last several purchases I've made with them have been complete disappointments. I'm one case, Diablo 4, several of us tried to get refunds shortly after we learned how unfinished and broken the game was... They refused as you can imagine and were all now stuck with a game we did not enjoy and will never come close to getting our money's worth.

GBSay anything and get banned. They ban people constantly for the smallest things, such as saying GG. This company values its players like garbage and continues to cater to the minority. Instead of banning people for trying to be nice and honest, maybe ban the report system abusers. I use to love this game, but now they won't let the true supporters play.

GBPathetic company Pathetic company. Zero customer support. Banned for being mailed gold that I didn’t even open let alone receive, reported it as it was clearly a gold seller that had mailed the wrong person. Deleted the mail and gold. What do Blizzard do? Suspend my account. Pathetic excuse of ticket handlers send the same copy and paste reply without actually reading your ticket and investigating. Thank god these incapable kids are working for Blizzard and not solving crime.
