GBEveryone gets banned eventually Company bans people for the smallest things. It's pretty pathetic to think that you can be banned simply for having a chat with someone that an outside person from the conversation seems offensive. Not sure what they think they are doing but would not recommend their games at all.

GBPathetic company Pathetic company. Zero customer support. Banned for being mailed gold that I didn’t even open let alone receive, reported it as it was clearly a gold seller that had mailed the wrong person. Deleted the mail and gold. What do Blizzard do? Suspend my account. Pathetic excuse of ticket handlers send the same copy and paste reply without actually reading your ticket and investigating. Thank god these incapable kids are working for Blizzard and not solving crime.

GBThis developer all bad now. Nothing good left A once great developer and publisher of games has fallen to a greedy cash farming corporate mess. The last several purchases I've made with them have been complete disappointments. I'm one case, Diablo 4, several of us tried to get refunds shortly after we learned how unfinished and broken the game was... They refused as you can imagine and were all now stuck with a game we did not enjoy and will never come close to getting our money's worth.

CAScam-worthy Company Disgusting, scummy company. They have no Live Chat Support, no Phone Number, nothing. Only automated bots on their website. I had a subscription to WoW back in February that I paid for only a month, and then CANCELLED. I was not charged for March, but now suddenly I'm being charged again for April? Their FAQ says that if you haven't used any of your game time, they should be able to refund your payment. But I'm getting my appeals/tickets automatically declined by their automated service in less than a minute, no exaggeration, because I've apparently already previously received a refund in the past for this same thing i.e. "Forgetting to unsubscribe" but that's just.. not the case? I can't find any record of that? And even if I did, how would that even factor into future refunds? There's no actual logic to it. There's no customer service whatsoever. There goes $20 to a worthless, disgusting company. Never again buying any of your products or subscriptions. Rot in hell.

DKRobbing new players for 262€ I’m a brand new player. First I played to 25 to se if I wanted to play the game. Then I bought a one year subscription to the game. Then I was informed the purchase did not go through. So I did it again. I then discovered they have charged me double. So I have payed for two years and could not get through to costumer service to get one of the payment refunded. I started playing. And due to illness I played a lot as I could not do much els. Then 6 weeks after they banned my account without warning and accused me of cheating. As I am very new to gaming I did not even know you could cheat. I googled till I found out that it was properly the many hours I spent playing that got me automatically banned. I played the story line in wow and did not do anything els. I just discovered that you could enter dungeons without playing in a raid with other people (which I did not do because I’m new) so really inexperienced. I appealed the ban but got a generic response that I did not follow the rules and therefore are banned. I cannot get contact to any human costumer support. So Blizzard just robed me for 262 euros without reason, and my entertainment while recovering from major surgery. So DO NOT trust this company. They accuse you of cheating and keeping your money and you can do absolutely nothing about it.
