About Blizzard Entertainment

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is an American video game developer and publisher founded on February 8, 1991 under the name Silicon & Synapse by three graduates of UCLA, Michael Morhaime, Allen Adham and Frank Pearce. Based in Irvine, California, the company originally concentrated primarily on the creation of game ports for other studios before beginning development of their own software in 1993 with the development of games like Rock N' Roll Racing and The Lost Vikings. In 1994 the company became Blizzard Entertainment Inc before being acquired by distributor Davidson & Associates and later by Vivendi. Shortly thereafter, Blizzard shipped their breakthrough hit Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. Blizzard went on to create several successful PC games, including the Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo series, and the MMORPG World of Warcraft. On July 9, 2008, Activision officially merged with Vivendi Games, culminating in the inclusion of the Blizzard brand name in the title of the resulting holding company, though Blizzard Entertainment remains a separate entity with independent management.[3] Blizzard Entertainment offers events to meet players and to announce games: the BlizzCon in California, United States, and the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in other countries, such as Paris, France and Seoul, South Korea. Never waste your money on them Unbelievable how broken the ranked systems are. Reports are not read or players banned when sending videos of cheating people. Absolute garbage.

Suspended for 6 months with cs AI… Suspended for 6 months with cs AI chatbots saying the suspension was peer reviewed. I never botted so they lost another paying/token using customer. There’s no humans looking at cases. Another greedy hollowed out multinational cash flow engine that m$ doesn’t know how to run. I played for near 20 years why would I start botting in 2024???????

Scam-worthy Company Disgusting, scummy company. They have no Live Chat Support, no Phone Number, nothing. Only automated bots on their website. I had a subscription to WoW back in February that I paid for only a month, and then CANCELLED. I was not charged for March, but now suddenly I'm being charged again for April? Their FAQ says that if you haven't used any of your game time, they should be able to refund your payment. But I'm getting my appeals/tickets automatically declined by their automated service in less than a minute, no exaggeration, because I've apparently already previously received a refund in the past for this same thing i.e. "Forgetting to unsubscribe" but that's just.. not the case? I can't find any record of that? And even if I did, how would that even factor into future refunds? There's no actual logic to it. There's no customer service whatsoever. There goes $20 to a worthless, disgusting company. Never again buying any of your products or subscriptions. Rot in hell.

Lowest Possible Standard of Support I spent a significant amount of ingame currency and did not get what I paid for. I opened a support ticket and it was closed a couple of hours later, and I was redirected to unrelated general self-help. It's worth noting that I opened a ticket for GM support, which is supposed to be a real person. This is lazy and dishonest on their part. Obviously they do not value or respect their customers.
