About Blizzard Entertainment

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is an American video game developer and publisher founded on February 8, 1991 under the name Silicon & Synapse by three graduates of UCLA, Michael Morhaime, Allen Adham and Frank Pearce. Based in Irvine, California, the company originally concentrated primarily on the creation of game ports for other studios before beginning development of their own software in 1993 with the development of games like Rock N' Roll Racing and The Lost Vikings. In 1994 the company became Blizzard Entertainment Inc before being acquired by distributor Davidson & Associates and later by Vivendi. Shortly thereafter, Blizzard shipped their breakthrough hit Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. Blizzard went on to create several successful PC games, including the Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo series, and the MMORPG World of Warcraft. On July 9, 2008, Activision officially merged with Vivendi Games, culminating in the inclusion of the Blizzard brand name in the title of the resulting holding company, though Blizzard Entertainment remains a separate entity with independent management.[3] Blizzard Entertainment offers events to meet players and to announce games: the BlizzCon in California, United States, and the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in other countries, such as Paris, France and Seoul, South Korea. Pathetic company Pathetic company. Zero customer support. Banned for being mailed gold that I didn’t even open let alone receive, reported it as it was clearly a gold seller that had mailed the wrong person. Deleted the mail and gold. What do Blizzard do? Suspend my account. Pathetic excuse of ticket handlers send the same copy and paste reply without actually reading your ticket and investigating. Thank god these incapable kids are working for Blizzard and not solving crime.

Robbing new players for 262€ I’m a brand new player. First I played to 25 to se if I wanted to play the game. Then I bought a one year subscription to the game. Then I was informed the purchase did not go through. So I did it again. I then discovered they have charged me double. So I have payed for two years and could not get through to costumer service to get one of the payment refunded. I started playing. And due to illness I played a lot as I could not do much els. Then 6 weeks after they banned my account without warning and accused me of cheating. As I am very new to gaming I did not even know you could cheat. I googled till I found out that it was properly the many hours I spent playing that got me automatically banned. I played the story line in wow and did not do anything els. I just discovered that you could enter dungeons without playing in a raid with other people (which I did not do because I’m new) so really inexperienced. I appealed the ban but got a generic response that I did not follow the rules and therefore are banned. I cannot get contact to any human costumer support. So Blizzard just robed me for 262 euros without reason, and my entertainment while recovering from major surgery. So DO NOT trust this company. They accuse you of cheating and keeping your money and you can do absolutely nothing about it.

Blizzard bans landing on honest players and they don't care They are thieves and liars, it's as simple as that. They ban innocent long term players based on incompetent work and false flags using their new 'tech', then pocket the money and refuse to review properly. I've played Blizzard games for over 25 years and to be treated so coldly, to have all my progress stripped away with no chance of recovery just because someone can't code properly is cruel. Very much par for the course as far as Blizzards treatment of people is concerned, but there we are.
