About Blizzard Entertainment

Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. is an American video game developer and publisher founded on February 8, 1991 under the name Silicon & Synapse by three graduates of UCLA, Michael Morhaime, Allen Adham and Frank Pearce. Based in Irvine, California, the company originally concentrated primarily on the creation of game ports for other studios before beginning development of their own software in 1993 with the development of games like Rock N' Roll Racing and The Lost Vikings. In 1994 the company became Blizzard Entertainment Inc before being acquired by distributor Davidson & Associates and later by Vivendi. Shortly thereafter, Blizzard shipped their breakthrough hit Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. Blizzard went on to create several successful PC games, including the Warcraft, Starcraft and Diablo series, and the MMORPG World of Warcraft. On July 9, 2008, Activision officially merged with Vivendi Games, culminating in the inclusion of the Blizzard brand name in the title of the resulting holding company, though Blizzard Entertainment remains a separate entity with independent management.[3] Blizzard Entertainment offers events to meet players and to announce games: the BlizzCon in California, United States, and the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in other countries, such as Paris, France and Seoul, South Korea. Lowest Possible Standard of Support I spent a significant amount of ingame currency and did not get what I paid for. I opened a support ticket and it was closed a couple of hours later, and I was redirected to unrelated general self-help. It's worth noting that I opened a ticket for GM support, which is supposed to be a real person. This is lazy and dishonest on their part. Obviously they do not value or respect their customers.

Say anything and get banned. They ban people constantly for the smallest things, such as saying GG. This company values its players like garbage and continues to cater to the minority. Instead of banning people for trying to be nice and honest, maybe ban the report system abusers. I use to love this game, but now they won't let the true supporters play.

Blizzard bans landing on honest players and they don't care They are thieves and liars, it's as simple as that. They ban innocent long term players based on incompetent work and false flags using their new 'tech', then pocket the money and refuse to review properly. I've played Blizzard games for over 25 years and to be treated so coldly, to have all my progress stripped away with no chance of recovery just because someone can't code properly is cruel. Very much par for the course as far as Blizzards treatment of people is concerned, but there we are.

I just lost my entire battlenet account… I just lost my entire battlenet account because i asked a gm why i was banned 3 times they sent a link to terms and services and 3 times i asked what exactly did i do and asked for an explanation and a name to the gm i was talking to. Then they deleted my entire account the emails disappeared from my inbox and no notification or any explanation. Around 400 euros worth if games.... All i did was asking why i was suspended and the reasoning behind it....
