I was forced into using their app as they took over the old one i was using so i had no choice if i want to play my own games that I paid for and I own. If i don`t log in periodically i need half an hour just to get into the app. I got 2 banks, none of their apps have so much security crap to just log into.

Terrible people to deal with Terrible people to deal with, company run by nazis is an understatement. Played apex a lot and spent £500+ on the game and they ban my account wrongfully. Tried to despute it and they keep closing my case. EA I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEVING Pr#%ks. Thieves EA promises a Great Game Guarantee, meaning that you're allowed to return any game if played less than 2h less than 24h after buying. However, because 'one employee made a mistake with processing my refund', they cannot give me back my money. I believe this is called theft.

EA is more smarter than the rest!! Seems odd to expire an account and make it impossible to reopen it. What sort of business acumen is this. Anyway, cannot now play ea games so bye-bye birdie.

Dont waste your time with EA games Bought the sims 3, couldn't get the game to even launch, 5 hours of troubleshooting later (and numerous fixes I get it to open) try to play, its a huge buggy mess, keeps crashing. Long story short the pc appears to be too new (13th gen intel, nvidia 4000 series card) and the game doesn't support new hardware properly. Ea point blank refuse to refund as my system meets the "minimum specs" even though I cant play the game at all. So im having to do a bank chargeback. Will probably get an account ban but I will no longer be purchasing anymore EA games
