Thieves EA promises a Great Game Guarantee, meaning that you're allowed to return any game if played less than 2h less than 24h after buying. However, because 'one employee made a mistake with processing my refund', they cannot give me back my money. I believe this is called theft.

Worse support I ever seen Worse support I ever seen. I was trying to recover my account where email is lost and there is no way to restore it, but ea support just closed my tickets without even answering. When you try to add any comment or renew a ticket - it just redirects you to a help center homepage and that's it. So I basically lost my 15-years old account and all spend money because there is no customer support in EA. I will never ever buy something directly from EA because all popular game applications have normal support.

Dont waste your time with EA games Bought the sims 3, couldn't get the game to even launch, 5 hours of troubleshooting later (and numerous fixes I get it to open) try to play, its a huge buggy mess, keeps crashing. Long story short the pc appears to be too new (13th gen intel, nvidia 4000 series card) and the game doesn't support new hardware properly. Ea point blank refuse to refund as my system meets the "minimum specs" even though I cant play the game at all. So im having to do a bank chargeback. Will probably get an account ban but I will no longer be purchasing anymore EA games

EA's customer service is actually helpful My EA account was hacked and stolen recently. I contacted their customer support through their online chat, but I wasn't expecting much to be honest. However I have to say I was pleasantly surprised this time. The wait time was less than five minutes (between 8:00 - 9:00 am) and after answering a few questions and completing the verification process my account was fully restored. The whole process took about 20 minutes.
