Would give 0 stars if possible Would give 0 stars if possible, if you enjoy life, STAY AWAY FROM ALL THE GAMES THIS COMPANY OWNS. I lived a happy life, enjoyed gaming with my little brother as gaming was our passion together. Now I want to end my miserable life because of this incompetent gaming company. Absolutely amazing how they can feck up a game so much to the length that you want to end your existence as soon as possible. I’ve experienced hair loss, high blood pressure and lost my job and wife because of the loss of enjoyment over life because of the games they produce. I I’m now the most miserable I’ve ever been. I beg you stay away and enjoy life instead.

EA's customer service is actually helpful My EA account was hacked and stolen recently. I contacted their customer support through their online chat, but I wasn't expecting much to be honest. However I have to say I was pleasantly surprised this time. The wait time was less than five minutes (between 8:00 - 9:00 am) and after answering a few questions and completing the verification process my account was fully restored. The whole process took about 20 minutes.

Shockingly poor customer service Shockingly poor customer service, deliberate obfuscation and delay tactics. MFA system that is still not fit for purpose many years later. Finally given up, will spend my money elsewhere. I'm glad EA has so much money they don't mind losing people and sales hand over fist.

You guys need to fix being able to play… You guys need to fix being able to play offline. I should still be able to play my video games if my computer isn't able to connect to the internet. The game doesn't even need to connect to the internet. Frustrating.

EA is more smarter than the rest!! Seems odd to expire an account and make it impossible to reopen it. What sort of business acumen is this. Anyway, cannot now play ea games so bye-bye birdie.
