GBI have had nothing but technical issues… I have had nothing but technical issues with this company and its products. You cannot play your games unless you are connected via internet to their system, Today, I discovered my games library has been wiped. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH E.A. GAMES, you do so at the risk of your money and time. Amendment: Two games now available and playable, two add-ons have been unusable since Dec. 4, 2023.

NLThieves EA promises a Great Game Guarantee, meaning that you're allowed to return any game if played less than 2h less than 24h after buying. However, because 'one employee made a mistake with processing my refund', they cannot give me back my money. I believe this is called theft.

GBDont waste your time with EA games Bought the sims 3, couldn't get the game to even launch, 5 hours of troubleshooting later (and numerous fixes I get it to open) try to play, its a huge buggy mess, keeps crashing. Long story short the pc appears to be too new (13th gen intel, nvidia 4000 series card) and the game doesn't support new hardware properly. Ea point blank refuse to refund as my system meets the "minimum specs" even though I cant play the game at all. So im having to do a bank chargeback. Will probably get an account ban but I will no longer be purchasing anymore EA games

GBShockingly poor customer service Shockingly poor customer service, deliberate obfuscation and delay tactics. MFA system that is still not fit for purpose many years later. Finally given up, will spend my money elsewhere. I'm glad EA has so much money they don't mind losing people and sales hand over fist.

GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. I'm unable to log into my EA account, and because they cannot verify my account information - even though I've given them all the correct information - they refuse to help. I've had an EA account for over 10 years and never had an issue until they updated from Origin to the EA app. Chat support just sends me script-based answers and then cuts off the conversation as soon as they can. So now I'm blocked out of my account, and they are effectively holding hostage to the games I've spent hundreds of pounds on over the years. What a joke of a company.
