GBIf I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. I'm unable to log into my EA account, and because they cannot verify my account information - even though I've given them all the correct information - they refuse to help. I've had an EA account for over 10 years and never had an issue until they updated from Origin to the EA app. Chat support just sends me script-based answers and then cuts off the conversation as soon as they can. So now I'm blocked out of my account, and they are effectively holding hostage to the games I've spent hundreds of pounds on over the years. What a joke of a company.

GBI would give minus stars if possible I would give minus stars if possible. I was forced into using their app as they took over the old one i was using so i had no choice if i want to play my own games that I paid for and I own. If i don`t log in periodically i need half an hour just to get into the app. I got 2 banks, none of their apps have so much security crap to just log into.

NZEA is more smarter than the rest!! Seems odd to expire an account and make it impossible to reopen it. What sort of business acumen is this. Anyway, cannot now play ea games so bye-bye birdie.

GBstarwars squadrons utter rubbish i have tried every setting and still this game will not run past the settings page i have tried everything sugested on the forums what a waste of money 😡

GBThey robbed me again Ea fc 24 is the worst game I have ever witnessed, the game is full of bugs, it’s impossible to pack a good player without paying money and the game itself is scripted. Ea have reached a whole new low as a company and for the first time in many many years I legitimately will not be buying the next Ea fc/Wish fifa.I honestly hope the company goes liquid and they should start charging me 60 quid to play it
