Shockingly poor customer service Shockingly poor customer service, deliberate obfuscation and delay tactics. MFA system that is still not fit for purpose many years later. Finally given up, will spend my money elsewhere. I'm glad EA has so much money they don't mind losing people and sales hand over fist.

I lived a happy life, enjoyed gaming with my little brother as gaming was our passion together. Now I want to end my miserable life because of this incompetent gaming company. Absolutely amazing how they can feck up a game so much to the length that you want to end your existence as soon as possible. I’ve experienced hair loss, high blood pressure and lost my job and wife because of the loss of enjoyment over life because of the games they produce. I I’m now the most miserable I’ve ever been. I beg you stay away and enjoy life instead.

I have had nothing but technical issues… I have had nothing but technical issues with this company and its products. You cannot play your games unless you are connected via internet to their system, Today, I discovered my games library has been wiped. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH E.A. GAMES, you do so at the risk of your money and time. Amendment: Two games now available and playable, two add-ons have been unusable since Dec. 4, 2023.

They robbed me again Ea fc 24 is the worst game I have ever witnessed, the game is full of bugs, it’s impossible to pack a good player without paying money and the game itself is scripted. Ea have reached a whole new low as a company and for the first time in many many years I legitimately will not be buying the next Ea fc/Wish fifa.I honestly hope the company goes liquid and they should start charging me 60 quid to play it

Dont waste your time with EA games Bought the sims 3, couldn't get the game to even launch, 5 hours of troubleshooting later (and numerous fixes I get it to open) try to play, its a huge buggy mess, keeps crashing. Long story short the pc appears to be too new (13th gen intel, nvidia 4000 series card) and the game doesn't support new hardware properly. Ea point blank refuse to refund as my system meets the "minimum specs" even though I cant play the game at all. So im having to do a bank chargeback. Will probably get an account ban but I will no longer be purchasing anymore EA games
