I was trying to recover my account where email is lost and there is no way to restore it, but ea support just closed my tickets without even answering. When you try to add any comment or renew a ticket - it just redirects you to a help center homepage and that's it. So I basically lost my 15-years old account and all spend money because there is no customer support in EA. I will never ever buy something directly from EA because all popular game applications have normal support.

Shockingly poor customer service Shockingly poor customer service, deliberate obfuscation and delay tactics. MFA system that is still not fit for purpose many years later. Finally given up, will spend my money elsewhere. I'm glad EA has so much money they don't mind losing people and sales hand over fist.

Thieves EA promises a Great Game Guarantee, meaning that you're allowed to return any game if played less than 2h less than 24h after buying. However, because 'one employee made a mistake with processing my refund', they cannot give me back my money. I believe this is called theft.

Terrible people to deal with Terrible people to deal with, company run by nazis is an understatement. Played apex a lot and spent £500+ on the game and they ban my account wrongfully. Tried to despute it and they keep closing my case. EA I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEVING Pr#%ks. Tried to deal with these incompetent people for over a year now and as you maybe aware im getting a little pisxed off

I would give minus stars if possible I would give minus stars if possible. I was forced into using their app as they took over the old one i was using so i had no choice if i want to play my own games that I paid for and I own. If i don`t log in periodically i need half an hour just to get into the app. I got 2 banks, none of their apps have so much security crap to just log into.
