EA's customer service is actually helpful My EA account was hacked and stolen recently. I contacted their customer support through their online chat, but I wasn't expecting much to be honest. However I have to say I was pleasantly surprised this time. The wait time was less than five minutes (between 8:00 - 9:00 am) and after answering a few questions and completing the verification process my account was fully restored. The whole process took about 20 minutes.

You cannot play your games unless you are connected via internet to their system, Today, I discovered my games library has been wiped. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH E.A.
