They robbed me again Ea fc 24 is the worst game I have ever witnessed, the game is full of bugs, it’s impossible to pack a good player without paying money and the game itself is scripted. Ea have reached a whole new low as a company and for the first time in many many years I legitimately will not be buying the next Ea fc/Wish fifa.I honestly hope the company goes liquid and they should start charging me 60 quid to play it

I have had nothing but technical issues… I have had nothing but technical issues with this company and its products. You cannot play your games unless you are connected via internet to their system, Today, I discovered my games library has been wiped. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH E.A. GAMES, you do so at the risk of your money and time. Amendment: Two games now available and playable, two add-ons have been unusable since Dec. 4, 2023.

Terrible people to deal with Terrible people to deal with, company run by nazis is an understatement. Played apex a lot and spent £500+ on the game and they ban my account wrongfully. Tried to despute it and they keep closing my case. EA I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEVING Pr#%ks. Tried to deal with these incompetent people for over a year now and as you maybe aware im getting a little pisxed off

starwars squadrons utter rubbish i have tried every setting and still this game will not run past the settings page i have tried everything sugested on the forums what a waste of money 😡

I am extremely disappointed with the way EA handled the unwarranted ban on my account. I am extremely disappointed with the way EA handled the unwarranted ban on my account. I've played 3,000 hours in Apex Legends and have never hacked. I'm worried that my account has been hacked and my account has been hacked, resulting in a ban. I was playing in a match and got a suspension notice. I immediately contacted EA support (they checked my ban history and said I didn't have a ban). So, I re-entered the game, got kicked again, and received a ban message. Later, I got an email saying I was banned for hacking/terms of service violation, when I didn't do any such thing. EA responded to my email and said: Thank you for contacting us regarding your account action. We received your description and fully investigated your account. After reviewing your case, we have determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures. This is an extremely unhelpful and general response that provides no evidence of cheating or how they came to their conclusion. Why would I, a guy who spent 3,000 hours and $200 on this game, get hacked and lose everything? Hacking is a serious issue in Apex Legends, and EA somehow fails to understand that many people have been falsely accused of having hackers take control of their accounts. If EA cannot correct this problem I will no longer be a consumer of their products. If EA doesn't address these quality control issues related to account bans, they will lose a lot of money. My appeal is to be re-examined. I can no longer appeal at eahelp. The customer service told me that I could not appeal after three times and would not appeal. Throughout this process I submitted over 10 injunction appeals with ample evidence and documentation, but was denied every attempt. This left me deeply frustrated and upset because I felt like my true circumstances were not being taken into consideration as seriously as they should have been.
