Dont trust ea sports all they care abt is masary f####ing sh#t that all i have to say abt fifa or fc 24 the gameplay is horrible its all pay to win if you are fat and bold like your idol bateson you will love that f####ingfraud of a game its terrible dont trust this horrific company and especially dont spend more than 60 dollars on this stupid game.

EA's customer service is actually helpful My EA account was hacked and stolen recently. I contacted their customer support through their online chat, but I wasn't expecting much to be honest. However I have to say I was pleasantly surprised this time. The wait time was less than five minutes (between 8:00 - 9:00 am) and after answering a few questions and completing the verification process my account was fully restored. The whole process took about 20 minutes.

Terrible people to deal with Terrible people to deal with, company run by nazis is an understatement. Played apex a lot and spent £500+ on the game and they ban my account wrongfully. I have had nothing but technical issues… I have had nothing but technical issues with this company and its products. You cannot play your games unless you are connected via internet to their system, Today, I discovered my games library has been wiped. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH E.A. GAMES, you do so at the risk of your money and time. Amendment: Two games now available and playable, two add-ons have been unusable since Dec. 4, 2023.
