GBSome thoughts on Saatchi Hi - easy platform... a few thoughts. (1) would be nice to have a feature to communicate with the artist to ask questions. couldn't find an easy way to do this if it does exist. (2) totally appreciate focus on fair payment - but it is a market and while artist does set price I don't think there should be a parameter around bids. artist have the ability to review any bid and negotiate directly with the seller.

GBLove the art but took longer than expected to arrive Very happy with Saatchi and my purchases, however, two of the three artworks I purchased were very slow to arrive. One was held up in Customs in Spain and the other artist did not see the Saatchi emails. Both of these required multiple emails to Saatchi, DHL, the artist and were frustrating. They all worked out, but Saatchi should probably work out the process kinks with artists to ensure they ship artworks in a timely manner and with all the paperwork accurately completed (if going to a different country). Saatchi was responsive.

GBI stumble upon Saatchi art in a random… I stumble upon Saatchi art in a random websearch trying to find something different. OMG I have become obsessed, seeing so many artists from all over the world, I couldn't believe the choices. I settled on 2 pieces from an artist in Scotland. Taking the leap of faith I made my purchase. The transition was perfect. I received my shipping notices and my art arrived in a timely manner, it was well packed, and arrived in perfect condition. I will purchase again. I am so happy to have found this site to expand my the world of ART!

GBGreat online gallery! I have purchased several sculptures from Saatchi from artists all over the world. I think they have one of the best selections of sculptures available. The pieces have arrived true to their pictures and very carefully packaged. The customer service is excellent. They communicate with you throughout the process. I highly recommend this online gallery.

GBLove the painting, “make an offer” process confusing I love the painting I purchased, and it arrived well packed and faster than I’d expected. What I didn’t expect was to have my offer countered and then while I was considering my response to have it accepted and my card charged. I’m sure it’s in the fine print but other sites that allow negotiation would require a response from the buyer before charging them. In my mind my offer was declined when the artist/shop countered.
