GBI purchase a painting by Jolina Anthony… I purchase a painting by Jolina Anthony from Germany when the painting shipped - after 2 or 3 weeks delay, it showed that it was by someone different Manuela Quosig in Spain. I was notified it was shipped but 4 weeks later it was still not delivered. Needless to say I cancelled the order and am waiting to see if I will actually receive a refund.

GBGreat Customer Service The art i purchased is beautiful but what really made this experience great is that Saatchi (and the artist) were extremely responsive, true to their word and quick to resolve when an issue arose. The customer service I received was top notch.

Based on my past experiences with US customs I was a bit nervous about large art works arriving in a timely manner AND unscathed. Saatchi's brokers made everything super easy - ZERO hassles with customs. Plus DHL delivery was perfect. Very pleased!!
