OMG I have become obsessed, seeing so many artists from all over the world, I couldn't believe the choices. I settled on 2 pieces from an artist in Scotland. Taking the leap of faith I made my purchase. The transition was perfect. I received my shipping notices and my art arrived in a timely manner, it was well packed, and arrived in perfect condition. This was my third purchase from Saatchi… This was my third purchase from Saatchi art, the first two purchases went extremely well. The last purchase was in a pending status, and after a couple weeks since I purchased on Saatchi Art the painting was still showing on the Artist’s website at a discount. I addressed all of these items and their response ignored all of my notes with respect to price differences and why it still showed up with the ability to purchase on the artists website. I’m happy with my painting, and I did receive it good condition (also the “crate” was cardboard with a 2x4 frame (not really a “crate”) but didn’t appreciate that these highlighted issues (still on artist’s website and price disparity) were not addressed at all in the response.
