Great Experience The painting we bought was exactly what we expected. Maybe even better! We communicated with the artist several times and they were always timely and informative.

The art work was more beautiful in… The art work was more beautiful in person and was packaged perfect, the shipping was on time without any worries that is what DHL EXPRESS is all about besides it was great too get the shipping to top it off FREE, shipment arrived from Italy to the USA in four days WOW without any damage, thank-you.

Some thoughts on Saatchi Hi - easy platform... a few thoughts. (1) would be nice to have a feature to communicate with the artist to ask questions. couldn't find an easy way to do this if it does exist. (2) totally appreciate focus on fair payment - but it is a market and while artist does set price I don't think there should be a parameter around bids. artist have the ability to review any bid and negotiate directly with the seller.

Fabulous Eleni Psyllaki prints I was a little concerned that the 2 stunning Eleni Psyllaki framed prints I ordered would not arrive exactly as I viewed them online. To my delight, any concerns immediately disappeared when these arrived. The prints are just fabulous and even better in 'real life’!! We are thrilled. Thank you so much, Saatchi Art.

This was my first experience ordering… This was my first experience ordering from Satchi, so I didn't quite know what to expect, but it ended up being a smooth and easy process! The art arrived on time and the quality was good. The artist even sent a hand written thank you, which I thought was a nice touch!
