OMG I have become obsessed, seeing so many artists from all over the world, I couldn't believe the choices. I settled on 2 pieces from an artist in Scotland. Taking the leap of faith I made my purchase. The transition was perfect. I received my shipping notices and my art arrived in a timely manner, it was well packed, and arrived in perfect condition. I will purchase again. I am so happy to have found this site to expand my the world of ART!

I ordered a painting for almost four… I ordered a painting for almost four thousand dollars. On the day it was arriving I found out it was returned to the shipper. I made several calls and finally someone called back and said that it was due to paperwork and it would be shipped again. One week later, again calling multiple times, I finally got a message it would be shipped Monday. Today is Thursday. I expected it yestrrday. It was again sent back to the shipper. I called five times! No one answered the phone or called me back. I sent an email to cancel the order. Have yet to hear from anyone. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Beautiful artwork! Beautiful artwork that was ever prettier in person than on the website! Artwork arrived in a reasonable amount of time from overseas in good condition. I was also able to negotiate some on the price.

Love the art but took longer than expected to arrive Very happy with Saatchi and my purchases, however, two of the three artworks I purchased were very slow to arrive. One was held up in Customs in Spain and the other artist did not see the Saatchi emails. Both of these required multiple emails to Saatchi, DHL, the artist and were frustrating. They all worked out, but Saatchi should probably work out the process kinks with artists to ensure they ship artworks in a timely manner and with all the paperwork accurately completed (if going to a different country). Saatchi was responsive.
