I purchase a painting by Jolina Anthony… I purchase a painting by Jolina Anthony from Germany when the painting shipped - after 2 or 3 weeks delay, it showed that it was by someone different Manuela Quosig in Spain. I was notified it was shipped but 4 weeks later it was still not delivered. Needless to say I cancelled the order and am waiting to see if I will actually receive a refund.

Fabulous Eleni Psyllaki prints I was a little concerned that the 2 stunning Eleni Psyllaki framed prints I ordered would not arrive exactly as I viewed them online. To my delight, any concerns immediately disappeared when these arrived. The prints are just fabulous and even better in 'real life’!! We are thrilled. Thank you so much, Saatchi Art.

Love the art but took longer than expected to arrive Very happy with Saatchi and my purchases, however, two of the three artworks I purchased were very slow to arrive. One was held up in Customs in Spain and the other artist did not see the Saatchi emails. Both of these required multiple emails to Saatchi, DHL, the artist and were frustrating. They all worked out, but Saatchi should probably work out the process kinks with artists to ensure they ship artworks in a timely manner and with all the paperwork accurately completed (if going to a different country). Saatchi was responsive.

This was my third purchase from Saatchi… This was my third purchase from Saatchi art, the first two purchases went extremely well. The last purchase was in a pending status, and after a couple weeks since I purchased on Saatchi Art the painting was still showing on the Artist’s website at a discount. I addressed all of these items and their response ignored all of my notes with respect to price differences and why it still showed up with the ability to purchase on the artists website. I’m happy with my painting, and I did receive it good condition (also the “crate” was cardboard with a 2x4 frame (not really a “crate”) but didn’t appreciate that these highlighted issues (still on artist’s website and price disparity) were not addressed at all in the response.
