GBI use these on the daily I use these on the daily! They are amazing and can be used immediately after a reset cuz the boiling water keeps them hot for a loooong time. And once cool I can click and get another long use. They definitely get better and better with repeated use. Also their customer service is amazing and very responsive. I had 2 that needed replacing and they took care of me right away. You have a customer for life from me!

GBDo NOT recommend Bought the neck and shoulder pack from the Ideal Home Show (London Olympia), which was not cheap! The pack was hard as soon as I opened it so I followed the instructions to heat in a pan of boiling water. Upon removing the pack, found it to be leaking! Still waiting for a response to my complaint, almost 6 days later. No phone number or social media accounts so how is one supposed to contact the company?! Will be asking the bank to initiate a chargeback and will be complaining to the Ideal Home Show if I do not hear from them soon. Do not recommend. Will change rating if by some miracle they actually respond to this.

GBWonderPax - truly wonderful! Found the WonderPax for back and shoulders a great help with my arthritic shoulders. So soothing, and so easy to heat - just a click needed, stays hot for ages, and afterwards just soaking in hot water to return to liquid gel again. I can't take anti-inflammatory medication, so these are an absolute boon. My daughter has a Pax for her back, also a couple for her hands to warm them up for Archery in winter! Also can't fault the customer service.

GBDamaged on arrival, Replaced with another damaged product! Product arrived in solid state - when boiled it has a leak and made almighty mess in my kitchen. Reached out to customer service to ask for a refund. They ignored the request and issued a replacement. Replacement did not work either but they advised they now could not refund as it was outside 30 days from purchase (as they had delayed so long in sending replacement). Don’t waste your money on this!

GBPushy aggressive sales people Pushy aggressive sales people. They've been present at two separate events at the NEC. On both occasions I have had the privilege of being in their presence I found them to be overstepping the boundaries of a typical sales person. Pushing their products literally onto your body. Not respecting the word no. The second event which I met them at was a gaming convention which has a greater pool of neurodivergent and vulnerable people. Aggressively pushing product onto people to make a sale is unethical especially in these environments. Btw, you can buy these things on eBay for like £1
