GBBeware- very scammy company and salespeople lie Salespeople at the booth lied about these products, they do not last any longer than 15-20 minutes and take just as long to boil and reset them. They sold us a pack of hand warmers with only 3 inside instead of 4. Told us the price was $70 for two and then charged $74 plus a convenience fee and then the salesperson asked for a tip!!!! Customer service takes a long time to reply- then they have you fill out a long refund form that won’t load properly and then emails you to accuse you of ordering extra products. They then flat out denied a refund though the sales person will tell you it’s a 30 day money back guarantee. Awful and I feel ashamed I got scammed like this- save yourself and do not buy this product.

GBThe best product of you are on the go a… The best product if you are on the go a lot. I don’t have a lot of time in the morning to use a heating pad but I have a long drive to work. Using the heat in the car before work makes the work day as a nurse 10 times better. Will be buying more!!

He assured me of the guarantee of the product and I was very happy to receive a replacement. GBDo NOT like the product due to the reheating method!!!! Purchased the neck & shoulder and also hand warmers from the RI home show.... The sales people were VERY aggressive! That should have been a warning right away. They should have explained how the items need to be reheated. If I had known how it had to be done, I would have NEVER bought them!!! They need to be put in boiling water to get them to heat up. Too much opposed to popping an item in the microwave!!! ie: how are you supposed to rewarm the handwarmers (lets say at a ballgame), carry around boiling water???

GBI purchased these over the Christmas… I purchased these over the Christmas holiday as a present for my wife. My wife wasn't as thrilled about the warmers as I was. I went to return these to the mall after the holiday season and the company was no longer set up in my local mall. I contacted the customer service department via their website and received an immediate response. The team walked me through the return process step by step without any issues and provided me with a full refund. Customer service was great
