Avoid! Misleading and false info given The salesman at the Ideal Home Exhibition hard sold and missold the reusable packs giving wrong information it tuned out just to get the sale. They don’t take 5 minutes to reset themselves, they take 25 minutes, they go hard so not able to fold and use them for the use intended in my campervan as told to the assistant. They don’t last several hours either. We were also told we’d be given new Hand Warmers. We weren’t, they were used. It’s now impossible to get in touch as they ignore the contact form via their website. We were told there was an 14-day guarantee! Avoid this company! Scam!

WonderPax - truly wonderful! Found the WonderPax for back and shoulders a great help with my arthritic shoulders. So soothing, and so easy to heat - just a click needed, stays hot for ages, and afterwards just soaking in hot water to return to liquid gel again. I can't take anti-inflammatory medication, so these are an absolute boon. My daughter has a Pax for her back, also a couple for her hands to warm them up for Archery in winter! Also can't fault the customer service.

I purchased these over the Christmas… I purchased these over the Christmas holiday as a present for my wife. My wife wasn't as thrilled about the warmers as I was. I went to return these to the mall after the holiday season and the company was no longer set up in my local mall. I contacted the customer service department via their website and received an immediate response. The team walked me through the return process step by step without any issues and provided me with a full refund. Customer service was great

I use these on the daily I use these on the daily! They are amazing and can be used immediately after a reset cuz the boiling water keeps them hot for a loooong time. And once cool I can click and get another long use. They definitely get better and better with repeated use. Also their customer service is amazing and very responsive. I had 2 that needed replacing and they took care of me right away. You have a customer for life from me!
