GBI absolutely love this product. I absolutely love this product. The back warmer and hands warmer. I suffer dreadful back ache neck ache and also get really bad period pains too. I’ve been looking everywhere for something that works but found nothing, until I came across this amazing product. I use it all the time during the time of the month and in the cold weather when it affects my back. Best buy ever. Also a huge thank you to the lovely Mr Manuel Schueter who had a stall up at the NEC Birmingham for the demonstrations and just how lovely he was in general. He really took the time for each individual and made me feel very at ease. Top bloke. Thanx again Manuel and it was a pleasure to have met you.

IEI had a problem with a back and knee… I had a problem with a back and knee pack that my Son bought me for Christmas, emailed customer service and straight away they responded and said they would send me another one. However after 2 weeks when it didnt arrived I emailed them again and Eddie apologised and sent me a another one plus a free gift no questions asked even thought dpd sent them proof of delivery. Two days later dpd found and delivered the original one. I cannot recommend Clix Therapy products enough and their customer service is excellent.

GBAWESOME!! I ran across Clix Therapy at a recent home and garden show. The idea was amazing and talking to Sam about the product was even more helpful. I’ve been using these packs on a regular basis now, and I’ve introduced them to many of my friends!!!

GBDo NOT recommend Bought the neck and shoulder pack from the Ideal Home Show (London Olympia), which was not cheap! The pack was hard as soon as I opened it so I followed the instructions to heat in a pan of boiling water. Upon removing the pack, found it to be leaking! Still waiting for a response to my complaint, almost 6 days later. No phone number or social media accounts so how is one supposed to contact the company?! Will be asking the bank to initiate a chargeback and will be complaining to the Ideal Home Show if I do not hear from them soon. Do not recommend. Will change rating if by some miracle they actually respond to this.

GBDamaged on arrival, Replaced with another damaged product! Product arrived in solid state - when boiled it has a leak and made almighty mess in my kitchen. Reached out to customer service to ask for a refund. They ignored the request and issued a replacement. Replacement did not work either but they advised they now could not refund as it was outside 30 days from purchase (as they had delayed so long in sending replacement). Don’t waste your money on this!
