Awful product - okay customer service The product itself is awful - it’s only when I got home and realised I felt pressured into forking out a load of money for a sub par product which is effectively a mini hot water bottle. The products are single use - no matter how hard you try and no matter what advice is going to be posted under this review, they are not designed for easy re use. Therefore if you’re gifting this to someone, you’re gifting them the chore of figuring out how to re liquidise the product. However. After contacting the team, they offered a replacement and when refused were fairly quick to process a refund so I didn’t feel like I’d wasted a substantial amount of money. And that’s the only reason this review isn’t one star. Guys you can get electric heating pads for way cheaper - don’t fall for the sales tactics !

Do NOT recommend Bought the neck and shoulder pack from the Ideal Home Show (London Olympia), which was not cheap! The pack was hard as soon as I opened it so I followed the instructions to heat in a pan of boiling water. Upon removing the pack, found it to be leaking! Still waiting for a response to my complaint, almost 6 days later. No phone number or social media accounts so how is one supposed to contact the company?! Will be asking the bank to initiate a chargeback and will be complaining to the Ideal Home Show if I do not hear from them soon. Do not recommend. Will change rating if by some miracle they actually respond to this.

Do NOT like the product due to the reheating method!!!! Purchased the neck & shoulder and also hand warmers from the RI home show.... The sales people were VERY aggressive! That should have been a warning right away. They should have explained how the items need to be reheated. If I had known how it had to be done, I would have NEVER bought them!!! They need to be put in boiling water to get them to heat up. Too much opposed to popping an item in the microwave!!! ie: how are you supposed to rewarm the handwarmers (lets say at a ballgame), carry around boiling water???

Customer support service: I was very impressed with the support and quick response I received from Eddie, at Clix Therapy, when I contacted about a fault with the neck and shoulder Clix I brought. He assured me of the guarantee of the product and I was very happy to receive a replacement. I have been using Clix Therapy products for a number of years and have also bought them as gifts for others.

Avoid! Misleading and false info given The salesman at the Ideal Home Exhibition hard sold and missold the reusable packs giving wrong information it tuned out just to get the sale. They don’t take 5 minutes to reset themselves, they take 25 minutes, they go hard so not able to fold and use them for the use intended in my campervan as told to the assistant. They don’t last several hours either. We were also told we’d be given new Hand Warmers. We weren’t, they were used. It’s now impossible to get in touch as they ignore the contact form via their website. We were told there was an 14-day guarantee! Avoid this company! Scam!
