GBAvoid! Misleading and false info given The salesman at the Ideal Home Exhibition hard sold and missold the reusable packs giving wrong information it tuned out just to get the sale. They don’t take 5 minutes to reset themselves, they take 25 minutes, they go hard so not able to fold and use them for the use intended in my campervan as told to the assistant. They don’t last several hours either. We were also told we’d be given new Hand Warmers. We weren’t, they were used. It’s now impossible to get in touch as they ignore the contact form via their website. We were told there was an 14-day guarantee! Avoid this company! Scam!

GBThe best product of you are on the go a… The best product if you are on the go a lot. I don’t have a lot of time in the morning to use a heating pad but I have a long drive to work. Using the heat in the car before work makes the work day as a nurse 10 times better. Will be buying more!!

GBReplaced my item quickly I purchased a back and knee pack from a vendor at an RV show in Dallas, after my first time using it as a hot pack I placed it in boiling water and unfortunately it developed a leak. I was frustrated of course and reached out to the company as I was told it had a warranty, I provided a copy of my receipt and a picture of the damaged product. I received a replacement within 30 days! Thank you Clix!

GBDo NOT recommend Bought the neck and shoulder pack from the Ideal Home Show (London Olympia), which was not cheap! The pack was hard as soon as I opened it so I followed the instructions to heat in a pan of boiling water. Upon removing the pack, found it to be leaking! Still waiting for a response to my complaint, almost 6 days later. No phone number or social media accounts so how is one supposed to contact the company?! Will be asking the bank to initiate a chargeback and will be complaining to the Ideal Home Show if I do not hear from them soon. Do not recommend. Will change rating if by some miracle they actually respond to this.

IECustomer support service: I was very impressed with the support and quick response I received from Eddie, at Clix Therapy, when I contacted about a fault with the neck and shoulder Clix I brought. He assured me of the guarantee of the product and I was very happy to receive a replacement. I have been using Clix Therapy products for a number of years and have also bought them as gifts for others.
