AWESOME!! I ran across Clix Therapy at a recent home and garden show. The idea was amazing and talking to Sam about the product was even more helpful. I’ve been using these packs on a regular basis now, and I’ve introduced them to many of my friends!!!

Fabulous Customer Service & Products Efficient, speed and friendly customer service when I emailed them. Lovely change now days. I’d highly recommend this brand. The heating products are great, especially the hand warmers when out walking.

I purchased a back/knee pack at the… I purchased a back/knee pack at the Photography Show in Birmingham. This is an excellent product. My only regret is not purchasing more packs for all the family.

Customer support service: I was very impressed with the support and quick response I received from Eddie, at Clix Therapy, when I contacted about a fault with the neck and shoulder Clix I brought. He assured me of the guarantee of the product and I was very happy to receive a replacement. I have been using Clix Therapy products for a number of years and have also bought them as gifts for others.

Do NOT recommend Bought the neck and shoulder pack from the Ideal Home Show (London Olympia), which was not cheap! The pack was hard as soon as I opened it so I followed the instructions to heat in a pan of boiling water. Upon removing the pack, found it to be leaking! Still waiting for a response to my complaint, almost 6 days later. No phone number or social media accounts so how is one supposed to contact the company?! Will be asking the bank to initiate a chargeback and will be complaining to the Ideal Home Show if I do not hear from them soon. Do not recommend. Will change rating if by some miracle they actually respond to this.
