The frame split at the staples The frame split at the staples and the middle wood brace was crooked. I tried to send photos showing the issue it was difficult see because of the size. I tried to receive either a credit or refund. Offer to return and asked for a return label and was ignored. And still haven't heard anything. The piece I ordered is exactly as… The piece I ordered is exactly as pictured & I am completely satisfied. The only complaint I have is lack of communication. The piece was ordered, shipped, & delivered a few days before I was sent a shipping notification & tracking number.
