GBThe frame split at the staples The frame split at the staples and the middle wood brace was crooked. I tried to send photos showing the issue it was difficult see because of the size. I tried to receive either a credit or refund. Offer to return and asked for a return label and was ignored. And still haven't heard anything. I spend almost $200 dollars and should have at least received a return label or credit. Diana Woodd

GB"mailbox unavailable -- User unknown" happy to report this issue has been resolved--item received. I had emailed asking about the status of an order, and the email was returned, "permanent fatal errors -- mailbox unavailable -- User unknown". but several days later I did receive a reply, and evetually my order as well.

GBORDER EARLY!!! I ordered a poster on Black Friday but despite their policy, there was a chance I wasn't going to receive my poster in time for Christmas. After some back and forth with customer service, they were able to expedite the shipment and get it to me by Dec 21st! The quality is outstanding and the poster was packed very well. Their customer service was helpful but sometimes outgoing emails would fail to be received by their server.

GBExcellent product It took my order 15 days to arrive in Salt Lake City, which I thought was pretty reasonable, given the long distances and customized product. The quality appears to be top notch.
