Blanket different than shown Customer service has been good so far. Product was shipped timely. Fleece blanket we ordered does not look like picture. Picture shows full grey color on in front. With no other means to contact them, it gets returned to sender via delivery fail. What kind of company can't even manage their email account? I placed an order 1 week ago, have received no order update whatsoever and have no possible way of contacting them. I'm going to have to call my bank to dispute the charges.
