The piece I ordered is exactly as… The piece I ordered is exactly as pictured & I am completely satisfied. The only complaint I have is lack of communication. The piece was ordered, shipped, & delivered a few days before I was sent a shipping notification & tracking number.

Blanket different than shown Customer service has been good so far. Product was shipped timely. Fleece blanket we ordered does not look like picture. Picture shows full grey color on in front. Received a blanket with a big white border on front. Not at all the look we wanted. Would like info on return and refund please. Thank you.

I'm giving 3 stars because their email… I'm giving 3 stars because their email address came back several times as not recognized by the server. I was trying to get a question answered and could not. Their phone number was not listed because of covid (???). I feared I had been scammed, but the piece I ordered eventually came and I am happy with it. They are just impossible to get in touch with.

Excellent product It took my order 15 days to arrive in Salt Lake City, which I thought was pretty reasonable, given the long distances and customized product. The quality appears to be top notch.

Literally worst company I've dealth with online Customer service is a JOKE. no contact phone number. Email address listed gets bounced back 90% of the time due to "webmaster failure". So you have to resend emails 10x to hope it goes through. It has now been 2.5 weeks with no order update. Tried to cancel it, requested a cancellation 4 days ago now with no reply. STAY AWAY. This is literally the most unprofessional excuse for a business I've ever dealt with online. Going to have to dispute charges with the bank now. Great. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
