GBThe frame split at the staples The frame split at the staples and the middle wood brace was crooked. I tried to send photos showing the issue it was difficult see because of the size. I tried to receive either a credit or refund. Offer to return and asked for a return label and was ignored. And still haven't heard anything. GBBlanket different than shown Customer service has been good so far. Product was shipped timely. Fleece blanket we ordered does not look like picture. Picture shows full grey color on in front. Received a blanket with a big white border on front. Not at all the look we wanted. Would like info on return and refund please. Thank you.

GBDo not order from this company Do not order from this company - they advertise products they cannot make. I am now stuck with a sweatshirt that cost 65$ that my daughter won’t even wear. I wish I could upload the pictures to show the comparison - just take my word for it and save your money as they don’t give refunds either.

GBLiterally one of the worst companies I've dealt with This company is one of the worst companies I've dealt with online. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL DOES NOT WORK! With no other means to contact them, it gets returned to sender via delivery fail. What kind of company can't even manage their email account? I placed an order 1 week ago, have received no order update whatsoever and have no possible way of contacting them. I'm going to have to call my bank to dispute the charges. What a waste of time and a terrible company.

GBThe piece I ordered is exactly as… The piece I ordered is exactly as pictured & I am completely satisfied. The only complaint I have is lack of communication. The piece was ordered, shipped, & delivered a few days before I was sent a shipping notification & tracking number.
