COWebsite response time very slow Website response time very slow. From click of mouse to actuation 5 to ten seconds. To many steps from Home page to program. Takes almost 1 minute. Logout should. Be one step. Still buffering during prime time. Picture quality during prime time is bad.

GBSimply the best service for the quality… Simply the best service for the quality of channels you get, ESPN and ESPN 2 are appreciated at such a low rate, and love AMC, and Laff, as well as Discovery and all the locals ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, CW, My Network TV.........simply having a blast with this service, best I've ever used and thanks for the great savings, no one can beat this quality of a lineup price wise

GBI am overseas and have been watching… I am overseas and have been watching most of my favorite programs on USTV now. I have notified their customer service twice this year. The first time my problem was resolved. The second time they were unable to retrieve a program for me due to a technical problem, but they compensated me for it. Both times they responded rapidly and were very accommodating. I would recommend their service to anyone traling abroad or military stationed overseas. Tony

GBGreat programming but TV Guide Freezing Problems I'm very happy with the channel lineup I only wish the TV guide worked properly. I can't view the guide quickly without the spinning wheel coming up & freezing for a long time. Just scrolling through the guide to view programs is very frustrating. Maybe if there was an app instead that might be better. Regarding the DVR I'd prefer to be able to record more programs in a day rather than being able to record a months worth of a few programs.
