CROverseas US Television My wife and I retired to and have lived in Costa Rica for the past 12 years. Although I am fluent in Spanish, I still prefer to receive English-speaking programs and news. USTVNOW has done a great job of providing this service. Yes, there is a fee, but it's worth it to us to keep in touch with what's happening in the States.

CRwe have watching USTVNOW for over 15… we have watching USTVNOW for over 15 years. we love their personal service. although we rarely experience a problem, when they occur they address it immediately and we always get responses promptly.

COWebsite response time very slow Website response time very slow. From click of mouse to actuation 5 to ten seconds. To many steps from Home page to program. Takes almost 1 minute. Logout should. Be one step. Still buffering during prime time. Picture quality during prime time is bad.

GBAs I’m writing this no channels… As I’m writing this no channels available or very patchy! Even with the lowest quality settings I have problems. I can’t see why USTVGO have excellent quality and is free yet this is a paid service and the quality is dire! Forget about casting unless u want a slow staggered signal. Please sort the initial stream out so we can get good quality visuals!

GBI am overseas and have been watching… I am overseas and have been watching most of my favorite programs on USTV now. I have notified their customer service twice this year. The first time my problem was resolved. The second time they were unable to retrieve a program for me due to a technical problem, but they compensated me for it. Both times they responded rapidly and were very accommodating. I would recommend their service to anyone traling abroad or military stationed overseas. Tony
