GBBad connection,/ can not watch TV. When we first signed, it was good. here and there the connection was not so great, but I am having problems with the connection lately , already for more then 48 hours could not what tv. I click on TV guide and all channels are lined up. When I click on the channel I want to watch, which most of the time is the night news on ABC, CNBC, CBS and others , the tv screen is black and a white circle, spins like a wheel, for hours, and I don't get the channel. Called customer service ( international call is not cheap) and the person kept telling me to go to speediest.net to check my internet speed, and unfortunately he was not able to solve the problem. after the call, I even tried to logo in again this time I'm my Mac Pro , and here comes the black screen and the wheel spinning for about 10 min before the image show up. it is bad. I am not using the service that I paid for..

GBI am overseas and have been watching… I am overseas and have been watching most of my favorite programs on USTV now. I have notified their customer service twice this year. The first time my problem was resolved. The second time they were unable to retrieve a program for me due to a technical problem, but they compensated me for it. Both times they responded rapidly and were very accommodating. I would recommend their service to anyone traling abroad or military stationed overseas. Tony

CRProgramming I enjoy having the ability of watching major network stations along with quality streaming channels with some sports. A nice variety.

CAMy credit card had expired and I was… My credit card had expired and I was notified by USTV that payment had been turned down. I updated my payment info but still did have access to the streams. I emailed and in less than 10 minutes service was restored. I was very pleased at the prompt and efficient action that was taken by USTVNOW. In the past any inquiry or problem was handled in the same manner......instantly.

ILWould not recommend unless it’s the only option for US TV Many many channels have difficulties streaming or come up With an error message. Several problems also with the DVR. It’s quite disappointing and every time I email support, they give me a very scripted answer even though I have strongly requested to speak to someone higher up in the company. Update: someone finally contacted me however the problems with streaming and DBR has not been corrected. The support department is very kind but give a scripted answer and they do not truly listen to your constant concerns.
