Wonderful App & great customer service. This is a wonderful app which I use almost every day. Recently it didn't work due to the lack of space in my device. I contacted the support team straight away they helped me.very prompt after sales customer service. I lost my registration details but they helped me on that issue, too. Love this software Love this software, works like a charm. I've had it for at least a couple of years and hasn't skipped a beat. I did have a problem with a particular dvd; made an enquiry and within 10 hours got a reply and a resolution (I just needed more info than usual - a particularly difficult dvd).
