AUI'm a newbie to ripping I'm a newbie to ripping. Ricky of WinXDVD walked me patiently through the steps of ripping some training DVD's to MP4 format, saving me a lot of the time it would have taken me to read a manual. His advice was expert, fast, succinct and helpful. He could have done no more than to point me at the manual, which is what another ripping software provider did, but stuck with me through a number of questions.

AUDifficult problem solved quickly and competently I had a recent quite difficult problem with the app but Ricky Ma from Winxdvd replied very fast, with detailed but easy to understand instructions on how to fix it. Problem solved . He also followed up to make sure everything was ok.

GBIncurred a problem with the new AI Upscaler Incurred a problem with the new AI Upscaler. Contacted Support by e-mail over the New Year period not expecting any response until the end of the holidays. Contact continued into New Years Day and the problem was solved (as simple as updating my GPU Drivers so probably down to me). What can I say but service beyond expectations. Incidentally I've found the Win X family of products excellent to use and this was the first issue I've had over those six years.
