AUI'm a newbie to ripping I'm a newbie to ripping. Ricky of WinXDVD walked me patiently through the steps of ripping some training DVD's to MP4 format, saving me a lot of the time it would have taken me to read a manual. His advice was expert, fast, succinct and helpful. He could have done no more than to point me at the manual, which is what another ripping software provider did, but stuck with me through a number of questions.

USI had to do a complete computer reset… I had to do a complete computer reset and of course lost certain applications but I wasn't worried because everything was backed up to an external hard drive. When I reloaded my apps. by Digiarty (WinX) the license (which was several years old) wasn't accepted, so I got in touch with their Customer Service. Next day they sent me a new license in place of the old one. These guys stand by their word!

Thanks to Trustpilot they were able to contact me successfully I have now resolved the licensing issue with the help of their support department. Who replied to my initial query on the same day I submitted it. And have gone out of their way to ensure the issue was resolved,
Hello
GBAVOID 30 day money back guarantee not honored; note other reviewers seem to have the same complaint. Shortly after placing an order with them my bank issued me a new card and a fraud warning. Shortly after creating a user login with the vendor to pursue a return, that email and password combination were leaked to hackers, who have attempted to access various accounts of mine.

GBPLEASE DISREGARD MY PREVIOUS REVIEW Please disregard my review of 19 February 2021 titled "DO NOT BUY". I have now discovered that my 35 home movie DVD-RW were finalised in VR mode, which is not recognised by all DVD players. The external CD/DVD drive attached to my windows10 laptop would not read these discs hence the message "damaged/unreadable disc. I have re-finalised some of the discs in V mode which is read by universal dvd players/drives. I am glad to say that WinX DDVD Ripper now reads the discs I have converted & I have now purchased the program. Future customers please note that any home made DVDs, ie home movies burned to disc on a DVD recorder should be fialised in video (V) mode instead of VR mode if you wish to convert to digital copies.
