Love this software Love this software, works like a charm. I've had it for at least a couple of years and hasn't skipped a beat. I did have a problem with a particular dvd; made an enquiry and within 10 hours got a reply and a resolution (I just needed more info than usual - a particularly difficult dvd).

Excellent product and great support! The Winx DVD Ripper Platinum software works extremely well for DVDs for which I was unable to find any other solution. Also, when I had a problem with it, their support team got involved immediately and helpfully and stayed with it until the problem I had was completely solved. Very happy with Digiarty and the product!

PLEASE DISREGARD MY PREVIOUS REVIEW Please disregard my review of 19 February 2021 titled "DO NOT BUY". I have now discovered that my 35 home movie DVD-RW were finalised in VR mode, which is not recognised by all DVD players. The external CD/DVD drive attached to my windows10 laptop would not read these discs hence the message "damaged/unreadable disc. I have re-finalised some of the discs in V mode which is read by universal dvd players/drives. I am glad to say that WinX DDVD Ripper now reads the discs I have converted & I have now purchased the program. Future customers please note that any home made DVDs, ie home movies burned to disc on a DVD recorder should be fialised in video (V) mode instead of VR mode if you wish to convert to digital copies.

Contacted winxDVD customer services, who not only gave me the correct key, they also provided detailed information with speedy replies. Top notch company.

WinX dvd ripper great experience I've been using WinX dvd ripper platinum for years and it's the best investment I've made to digitalized my dvd collection. Now my dvd are safely store in boxes and won't be scratched by loading, unloading, etc. I keep adding new ones I buy at the store without any problems with my lifetime licence letting me upgrade anytime new version is available. Contact during holidays customer service for reinstallation on my new computer (reset the licence) and got an answer in less than 24 hours.
